I have use the services of Sam from Wilcote Durban west, first time i was impressed with paint and workmanship. Second time explained the dampness and issues we had and assured that he will waterproof and seal off any dampness. Two years down, im told Wilcoat guarantees the paint and not workmanship. Spent over 80k twice to receive this report. Every part of the wall he painted is blistering and he shifts the blame to movement of the ground. I honestly think his totally unprofessional and ever so ready to find excuses to blame everything he can think of except his workmanship.
Mimos pizza westville. Order dinner around 6pm 18/08/23, received my order after 45 minutes without the side chips. Called 5 times to complain to the restaurant manager and she was extremely unprofessional. Eventually they did deliver after 40 minutes. Had to wait for an hour and a half for dinner. Really unsatisfactory service.
I bought and paid online for a Bar fridge on the 20th January 2023 the Friday. Firstly the delivery address was messed up but that was not a major issue, the Monday I stripped the packaging to connect the appliance and then noticed a deep kink on the edge, further to the damaged product the appliance indoor light turns on but after 4 hours the unit doesn’t cool. I immediately contacted Makro and expressed my concerns. Customer service then tells me that they have to inspect the issued since it was delivered and can take between 12 to 24 hours. After 3 days, no return call. I called again on the wednesday and Thursday to be told that they will coklect the appliance and review my matter between 10 and 14 days. I asked for a refund and the same procedure for refunds will be considered. In all this time im pocket less for the money I spent and still await a pick up. I left several messages at the Springfied depot for the manager yo contact me to no availability. The service and conduct I received from Makro purely on a complaint is bazaar. I will never support this store or any Makro stores for future purchases. So today is the 2 30th January and i have not had the issue resolved. My next step is to contact consumer protection act and report this matter.
I was an avid shopper at Star Meats over several years, recently the comments going around with this butchery has left me painstakingly embarrassed that I supported this store. What ever the consequences are, this has left a very bad taste in my future support for this store. This is not the first time Star meats has been in the media. Sadly bad service and reviews will always hurt this store.
I’ve used this online app 4 times Already and every time i placed an order it was disastrous. I really cannot fathom when you order milk you get yogurt? How can you humanly comprehend that. The other issue is waiting for your refund to be credited. Honestly this app should shut down.
Ive ordered a meal from spur Kansas westville and was called after and hour to notify me that the kitchen mixed my order. At a time where restaurants are trying to survive we receive such tardy services. This restaurant is now i write off for me.
I’ve order for dinner through the Mr. D app and after 65 minutes I’m told our order could not be processed.
Ordered a pizza from Debonairs Westville Mall and after an hour of tracing my order the store could not confirm my order after giving them the order number. Extremely poor service and this is not an isolated incident.
This company has no idea of customer service, i have complained about a pool heater they installed a few years ago and ever since 2019 i have been sending complaints to no avail. I received many calls about their technicians coming out to uplift the unit and repair, but that also never happens. To date i have made 7 calls. This company is really not fit to provide any products or services period. Now i will contact a much reputable company.
This Morning I ordered a take out breakfast, WOW!!! Super friendly management and team. Order was ready in 10 minutes and for the price, i give them 10/10. Packing was beyond my expectation and so well prepared. Well done guys. I just hope in the near future this cafe will consider opening for dinner.
