Absolute POOR service you hold on forever and then they dropped the line. Chronic medication like insulin means nothing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Since my last complaint about my chronic medication, I did get a call back from one of the staff. She promised me she would phone me back regarding my medicine as soon as she gets the prescription. The prescription was send on the 11th and still no response. They are reading the emails with no reply. When you phone in you hold forever and the lines are being dropped. It is the worst services EVER!!!!!!!!!
The pharmacy makes promises to delivered insulin today and after I kept on telling them I am running out; I bought on by the local pharmacy. I DO NOT HAVE INSULIN TODAY, so I cannot inject myself. The pharmacy did not even phone me on Monday like the promised. The agents are rude, and it is unacceptable, you cannot reject INSULIN FROM A DIABETIC.....
Since I join the Genric team for my son's medical aid ( he is disabled ) I am struggling with the debit order, I arrange a date and then the medical aid do not comply with that date, and every time the debit order lapse there is banking fees on my side. So I cancelled it and pay it myself, it went well for one month, this month and december the debit order was not at the right time so I lost R 315.00 in BANKING FEES DUE TO NEGLIGENCE. I phone in today the Welkom branch, the lady was arrogant and rude and laughed at me when I said I need my banking fees back. This is not my FAULT, I NEED URGENT ATTENTION BECAUSE IT IS UNEXCEPTABLE !!!!!!!!
After many phone calls to the pharmacy regarding URGENT CHRONIC MEDICATION for a diabetic, they do not call you back. They keep on sending messages that you should call them and if you call back NOBODY knows what is going on. This is 4 th time that they neglect to send my chronic medication on time... Still waiting for a response from them after an urgent phone call.....
Cell C, what a disappointment. After paying a account, they keep on putting debit orders through my bank account, i send a proof of payment, twice i phoned in. NO RESPONSE everybody is sorry and i am stuck with banking fees.
After many years of being a client of Cell C, the service is very poor if you call in Customer Care. The agents is arrogant and didn't listen to you properly. I paid my cell phone account 2 days after the debit order bounced. I send the proof to proofofpayment. The following day I receive an email regarding the outstanding amount, yet again I did send the proof of payment again. Yesterday Cell C put in another debit order for the outstanding amount so twice I need to pay banking fees. When I call in this morning the agent did not listen and tell me to pay the amount, I told her it was already paid and asked who is going to pay my bank fees, she told me it is supposed to be me. So even if you pay your account the systems are not up to date, they said mail it with NO RESPONSE....
Good day, I think you should reconsider the courier that you are using, they brought my insulin that was packed on the 24 January , yesterday, 26 January, the box was damaged, and the insulin was hot, the icebags was not even frozen anymore. This is going to give you Pharmacy a bad name.
Due to the fact that the courier company to busy was to deliver URGENT CHRONIC INSULIN MEDICATION, I did had an allergy reaction to the substitute medication so I am going to post this on every websuite possible..... Dissapointed, SO URGENT MEANS NOTHING FOR THIS COMPANY
After my price lock deal expired I renew to a new one. Since I received the Explora as well as the dish the problems started. In October 2023 The first time my PVR functions were not connected, so I phone in, I was told I need to pay an extra amount of R150.00 to cancel my package and get a new package with the functions. So I query that and the functions was restored. Every two weeks the functions is disconnected, every time I phone in they have a different excuse, then I need to pay extra , then it is included, then there is a funeral cover that I cancelled almost 9 months ago. The agents always apologize and then the functions is restored. It always takes 24 hours to fix it. The agents are very rude, some were helpful, others not. Now for the 7 time I phone in, every time they escalated the problem so HOW LONG IS THIS PROBLEM GOING TO LAST, IT IS UNEXCEPTABLE.. Ref 50565840/I441 SO PLEASE HELP
