I had a query on a Saturday and dealt with a lady called Claudel Naidoo.She was extremely pleasant and helpful.Although it was a weekend,she took great effort to ensure that the problem was resolved and made sure to inform me as soon as it was sorted out.A true pleasure in dealing with her due to her proficient service.She is a huge asset indeed to Ikhokha.I just wish that I could encounter more people like her in other companies also.
I ordered goods from Temu who utilised Skynet to courier it to me.In all my years of dealing with courier companies,this has to be the worst that I have ever encountered.Their service is pathetic and utterly disgusting!On 13-03-25 I received a message from Temu saying my parcel was out for delivery.There was no message at all from Skynet informing me of delivery.As I live in an estate,the driver needed to call me for an access code.No such thing occurred.Rather,later that day I saw under the tracking notes that they attempted to deliver but nobody was at home.At least somebody is home all day everyday.This was utter lies on their side.My attempts to call customer service on 14-03-25 ended off being a nightmare.My mails to them on that day only contained **** assurances.Even on Monday,17-03-25 I sent various mails out to them.They were unanswered.Efforts to call them resulted in very long waits and nobody answering.Eventually I reached a lady called Priscilla on an alternate Durban number,who helped me.However,still today there was no message of delivery or any call from the driver.I got his number from Priscilla and had to call him to give him access code.Skynet in South Africa are very unreliable and their service is absolutely terrible.How they are still existing baffles me.Temu should not utilize this courier company.If there was a star minus to give them then I would have done it.Never...never...never again would I want to hear about them or deal with them again.
Today I had the pleasant experience of visiting Motolek for my car Aircon.As soon as I entered I was greeted by an indeed pleasant and helpful Wynand.Together with his colleagues they were most helpful and efficient as well as most warm and friendly.Very rarely these days do we get such good customer service.Well done to them and wish them further success.
I currently have a Flexion 2 cellular contract with Telkom.I added a recurring voice bundle of 200 minutes at R80.00 per month.Late last month I contacted the contact centre to change it to a 100 minutes bundle at R40.00 per month.Agents said they will mail the request to their supervisors to action it.Since then,nothing at all changed.No response.I tried doing same at their walk in branches.Even worse!No joy at all.It is absolutely frustrating to receive this poor service and experience such complacency from Telkom.
Tameran has provided exceptional service.He has been extremely patient and understanding.Resolved my request in no time and even called me back.Keep it up Tameran.An asset to the Ikhokha brand!
My wife needed to change banking details from hers to mine at Multichoice.The service is absolutely pathetic!!!!What was supposed to have taken place smoothly has turned into a nightmare.Absolutely *********** people are employed there to do this job They simply are not able to assist.We made 6 calls to them.Still unsuccessful!They promise to get back to you.No such thing!Why is Multichoice losing so many subscribers?No prizes for guessing here.We are extremely disappointed customers who are seriously considering cancelling our Dstv Premium package.
Ordered item on 27 June.On 30 June they told me due to stock shortage delivery should be by 4th July.That never happened.Made numerous calls to them on the 5th.Severe confusion on their side.On 6th called again and dealt with Dhijen Singh.Absolutely pathetic service from him.Terrible communication problems on his side.He said that the parcel was on its way to me.When I checked,it was still in another province.He said he would check and revert to me.He never did that.He even ignored my last mail sent to him.However,my concern was that I was to be out of province from 07 July.Miraculously,the parcel reached me late on 06 July.My dissatisfaction is the shoddy treatment I received from Dhijen Singh in your customer care section.He has to receive training on how to be attentive to customers and get back to them when he says he will do so.
Udeshnie Pillay was very pleasant and professional when dealing with me.
I am an outsurance client.Recently I had a claim to be processed.The service I received by the claims advisor called Salona Pillay was awesome.From the beginning,she was so pleasant and ever willing to help me.Within no time and on the same day she had my claim processed and sorted out.This is exceptional service.Furthermore,she kept in contact with me all the time and her commitment as well as her proficiency is the best I have seen recently.Salona is definitely a great asset to the Outsurance brand and may she and the company grow from strength to strength. I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Luke Pillay of Ikhokha.My card machine was problematic and he went to great lengths to resolve my problem successfully.His professional approach,efficiency and care that he takes over the clients is highly commendable.He has also helped us before in our business and we want to sincerely thank him for always being consistent in assisting clients.The speed and proficiency of this gentleman in helping us is exemplary.Therefore I consider him a great asset to the Ikhokha brand and the organisation at large.Well done and keep it up!!!
