Thanks for the amazing customer service and product you guys delivered, i appreciated you guys going over and above making sure what i ordered is correct and that the quality of the images shared is of satisfactory standards. It really put a big smile on my wife's face, especially the dig collage as she is a nig dog *****.
Today is 5 weeks since i had my accident and my insurance rightfully declined my claim to repair my car... But my problem is that they leaving me stranded, due to lack of urgency and dragging the case on for days. Firstly it took them 3 weeks to request the same information i shared with them 3 days after my accident and it took them another 1 1/2 weeks to make a decision on my claim... No my car is still with the insurance and i must return my courtesy car... so ill be stranded with no means of transportation as to when i receive me car one day when they release it to me.. i need to send it to repairs... that will take another 2 weeks at least... If my insurance cant cover me for the unknown they show me that they not interested in my wellbeing as their client but more on the wellbeing of their profits... Customer service companies that doesn't service their clients are the worst....
One thing I hate about customer service companies is them giving horrible customer service... I can get over bad service but inconveniencing me at such a level where i loose money in the process seems to be Old Mutuals specialty. I apologies to every single person i recommended to this company. They not worth the admin they put me through. If u can please more your insurance asap, before u make a claim.
I never been so frustrated dealing with a courier company... From no replies to lies... I pray all other clients find satisfaction with Sky-Net... As their secure chat function gives no replies, unless you willing to wait over 30+mins for a reply. They make promises to call back or deliver and still be a no show... and yet threaten to send my good back even thou they have my full co-operation.
The mere fact that I have to wait another 48hrs for Cell C to blacklist my lost cellphone after have been without one for 3 days trying to sort myself out to be in contact with the world... According to Cell C my phone is top secret and only back office can blacklist it... Like *** frustrating service and turn around time.
Thanks for always putting your best foot forward maybe not to all but to me as a client I never had any issue with your service and friendliness... I wish that H&H wasn't part of this group as they just "sleg".
What a **** this business became to me. I recently purchased a item from H&H that was advertised for R3799 free delivery... Keep in mind that I have seen this item at many other stores I do frequent not complaint purchases from but it's was priced between R3900 -R4000.... Anyway waiting days for my delivery from H&H just to find out I still need to pay a separate company R350 before I can get my delivery. H&H didn't just waste my time but also my money.... And basically made me start my festive in a very bitter note... Such poor business morals just made you loose another customer for life.
I send my sneakers for a standard cleanse... But I see no difference in my sneaker and my sole is still dirty... And that's one of standard service they offer for this package...so like really *** did u clean.
Hi Just to inform everyone doing shopping at Pick n Pay to keep their receipt from the smallest to the biggest thing... I bought a rotten bag of 5kg chicken by Pick n Pay they didn't help me at all... SO ja.. Checkers all the way... :)
