DON'T TRUST AFRISTAY AND THEIR ACCOMMODATION.
NEVER TRUST AFRISTAY AND THEIR LISTINGS FOR ACCOMMODATION. Rather use other websites because they have accommodation that commit ***** and lie on the terms and conditions. Afristay will never assist you as they will leave you dry. They will protect themselves by delisting the accommodation. After that they will send you to NCC. I regret ever using Afristay but I am this happened so I can see that they don't care. How can the listing's on their website don't understand the terms and conditions they agreed to? Afristay just let them off the hook just like that. DON'T TRUST AFRISTAY AS YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

WAITING FOR REFUND FOR 4 FULL WEEKS!!!
I write this review just to warn everyone who might use Afristay for their booking for accommodation. You will regret it if you happen to cancel due to unforseen circumstances and expecting your refund. Till today I am still waiting for my refund and and it's now 4 full weeks. I think they are in cahoots with the accommodation because it can't be that in 4 full weeks I can't get my refund and that Afristay is okay with one of their accommodation which we should trust can't pay my refund. When you ask for feedback, Afristay ignores you. How are we supposed to trust Afristay to give us trusted accommodation if they can't even do right by their customers. DON'T USE AFRISTAY FOR YOUR BOOKINGS. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

Still waiting for my refund after a week and no communication on what's the delay.
I am very disappointed at Afristay.com as they have always been my booking site for all my previous trips, now I've recently made a cancelation on my booking due to unforseen circumstances. I've contacted the host about my refund and they sent me to Afristay.com and I contacted Afristay.com and they told me that they have since sent payment to the host and that was last week. Yesterday I sent them an email to enquire about my refund and they ignored me and never even bothered to respond to me. Even today I am still waiting for the refund and no communication on what is the delay. I am so disappointed and I think this was my last time using Afristay.com and I think Booking.com will be my website for bookings going forward...

Best place to buy tickets instantly
I've never had any problems using Webtickets to buy tickets for events that I've attended before even with their refunds they are very quick. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for tickets to attend different events...
