Booked a Ford Fiesta online, and they confirmed the time the car should be ready once we landed. Got to the rental place, with the booking, had to wait over and hour to be helped just to tell us our car is no longer available plus there is an additional deposit which we were not informed about. If I could give zero stars, I would.
I’m disappointed that, after waiting for 2 weeks, no one has contacted me to install the fibre box. Creating a ticket didn’t yield any results either; all I was told was that someone would get in touch, but the ticket closed without any follow-up.
The only reason I am giving UberEats a 1 star is due to the support received. I ordered from a restaurant and it was picked up. The delivery driver, on the app, said that the order was delivered. The only option from my side on the app was to all the driver, which just went to voicemail. I replaced the order from the same restaurant. I received a call from as US number from UberEats support who was incredibly rude and was not listening to my concern as another order was live. This will be the last time using the app.

Sorbet Paulshof. While I have had lovely experiences at the Kyalami branch this branch’s customer service is not the greatest. I just called to make an appointment at Paulshof and the lady who answered was very short and not friendly or helpful. When I said I will call back to see if I could make the time she proposed she hung up on me. This type of interaction often happens at this branch unfortunately.
Since I was new to the dog parenting world, I brought my dog to Sunninghill Vet Village for a routine check-up. The Dr. was very friendly and thorough. She examined my dog from nose to tail. She detected an ear infection and some plaque on his teeth. She booked a dental cleaning for him. But on the day of the cleaning, they noticed that his gums were pale. They contacted me immediately and requested permission to do some tests. They found out that he had two types of tick bite fever and that he was anaemic. They informed me of everything and offered me choices for treatment (alternatives for cost purposes). I decided to let them keep him overnight with a drip. They were awesome. They sent me a lovely photo of him all snug and a charming message from him. They fed him delicious stew and showered him with affection. They also sent me a letter with all the facts about his condition. I was able to visit him that afternoon. They kept me in the loop and rep**** to all my queries. I was anxious about the price since I was still waiting for the pet insurance to kick-in. They gave me an estimate upon request. When I paid, it was almost exactly what they quoted. Worth every cent! When I came to pick him up the next day, a vet came in and instructed me how to continue treatment at home and provided me with printed discharge instructions. This gave me such peace of mind that everything would be okay. As a first-time dog mom, caring for a sick dog can be daunting. Sunninghill Village Vet treated us with compassion, excellence, and efficiency. I highly recommend entrusting your fur babies with them.
Tamryn really assisted me in choosing the best plan for my fur friend. The sign-up was smooth, and all the information was provided to me. All my questions were answered.
Signed up for internet 2 weeks ago. None of the agents at Afrihost seem to know what’s happening and definitely do not have the capability of facilitating between Vumatel and us. This is very frustrating. Don’t even require an installation. Vumatel people pitch up at the house without warning while we are at work. Then after arranged for a better time, they don’t pitch at all.
