The Second time our Order is shown as Delivered, but no food. The Estate entrance log doesn't even show the driver trying to enter. No call. No message. Previous order was placed in front of the garage, photo taken, food taken and left. I phoned the Delivery Person and he laughed at me... telling to report him. Obviously Uber doesn't do anything about this problem. Guards said it's not only our orders that goes 'missing'. Growing concern.

A week after they said they “tried” to deliver, still no delivery. They allegedly phoned us 3 times, according to them, to ask for an access code. No missed calls on our phone logs and NO CODE REQUIRED, IF ONLY THE DELIVERY PERSON READ THE DELIVERY INSTRUCTION. Arrogant answer from Debbie Pather at Sharp Logistics, who is contracted to DPEX Shipping for LIGHT IN THE BOX, really undid all the great efforts from Light in the Box to receive your order within 7 to 9 days. I copied DPEX SERVICE (Lily Su) also in on the email, and STILL NO reply. If Light in the Box wants to keep their delivery times as short and pleasant as it has been the last year… you need to find and get rid of the rotten apple. Either DPEX or Sharp Logistics will cause your clients to go back to Shein, which has always been better at shipping, until Light in the Box fixed it around a year ago. Just between ourselves and our working children, we spend an average of R200 000 annually at LIGHT in the BOX. We asked nicely, we offered to collect, we emailed…but best we get is “WHEN THE DRIVER IS AGAIN IN THE AREA…. AND NO RETURN BY PHONE CALL, NO MATTER HOW OFTEN WE ASKED.
Called the Call Centre twice, since I needed to move my seat to a wheelchair seat, after undergoing operations on both knees, between booking for Barbie night and the show date itself. I didn't know I would have been in a wheel chair. The first woman answering just hang up and the second woman, Sarah, told us we cannot contact Nu Metro in Menlyn, we must go through them. We asked if we can please ensure that myself and my friends are seated at the Wheelchair seats, as we have no other option. SARAH also just put the phone down, whilst we will still talking.
Requested a car hire through Auto and General Insurance. Car Class A upgraded to a larger vehicle and Auto and General informed Europcar at ANew Hotel in Centurion collection will be at 3pm. Guess what? They only have a Suzuki Swift and Kia Picanto available. Standing there, trying to sort it out. She just carries on with chatting to the colleague, coming in from lunch with her 2 litre Coke. My husband spent the next 45 minutes on the phone AGAIN with Europcar. Their solution is to FOR US to drive the Suzuki Swift to OR Tambo at 16h45 in the afternoon to collect a different car there. THE NOISE LEVEL IN THIS EUROPCAR OFFICE IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL! Staff talking to each other, as though there are no clients sitting waiting. EUROPCAR YOU STINK. DON’T USE THEM!
