I purchased a Packard bell laptop form them and when I received and opened my order I realized it not something I want as it won't be compatible with my studies. I logged a return request for them to collect and cancel my order. It's been over a week that I'm given a run around for photos of the laptop as they say they can only collect then after!! I've sent numerous photos and they keep wanting more and more!! How will I take a photo of the laptop in It's sealed original packaging when It was opened?? How was I supposed to know what's inside if i didn't open it? Now they also want an o screen where my image is not showing!! Making this order was the worst mistake I've ever made!! The laptop is going to them..why don't they assess it upon arrival then giving me all this never ending stories!!?? They don't even bother to call and explain or enquire about my request Gugulethu just keep sending endless emails!! If you want to maintain your peace DON'T order from them!!
I sent an email(ref (#CSA0015QC)(KVBR254) to ackermans customer service to query about my account, I received a response from Slindile tyobeka that i should call tenacity and their team will assist accordingly. Tell me why was i sent from pillar to post stating that I've called an irrelevant dept. I spoke to Bulelwa who said they transferring me to Ackermans, spoke to Zinhle also transferring me to relevant dept. ended up with Sthembiso who had zero interest in my query as well..till now i still have an unresolved query because of *********** staff who claim to be working in customer service!! which service exactly?? I need my money credited back to my account and my limit reduced coz I never gave anyone authority to increase it as and when they feel like it!! the sooner I finish paying the sooner I can close this nonsense of an account!!
I bought a defy steam iron from PnP Dundee last year July and in November I had to return the iron because it wasn't steaming and required me to iron my uniform twice..I went to the store and was assisted with a return and refund. At that time because I needed an iron I bought another similar defy iron. To my surprise the iron did exactly the same thing and the steam button was totally faulty with this one. I went to the store on Wednesday afternoon and Maria the supervisor told me that,all faulty appliances are sent back to the supplier for checking and the supplier will decide on the outcome! I left my details as she insisted things have changed since the last time I was there! Yesterday around 10 I received a call from the store that the feedback is back and that i should come get another iron! How is possible that from 16h00 the previous day at 10 o'clock the supplier has feedback already?? There's no Defy in Dundee wich proves to me that they're making this all up! Since when are we not allowed to receive refunds on faulty items that no longer needed as they no longer serve the purpose and inconvenienced me the whole time!! What must I do with a 3rd Defy iron when I've already had problems with the previous 2 I bought from them!! I already bought a reliable iron and I want my refund!!
I just received my washing machine ordered online from Makro and it's damaged..I have waited over a week for the delivery now I must wait for the system to update that it's delivered prior to logging a return! Such an inconvenience and very poor service. How do they even pack and dispatch something broken! You know for the first time makro buyer this surely teaches me to always use reputable stores
I ordered hair online which was advertised as 18 in curly weave. When my order arrived it was nothing compared to what was advertised,the hair has no volume and no length! I tried reaching out to them on Facebook and rhy blocked me! I asked to return the hair via WhatsApp and i was told "no returns" That's the hair I bought us what they gave me! They gave zero customer service!! They take your money and never deliver!! I will never recommend them to anyone!
This is a pathetic store to ever shop at, i made an online order on 24th of december and received an email on the 27th stating that my order has been processed to the newcastle branch and will be contacted for collection. I had to call in at the store and was told there's no order placed for the chairs i paid for!! spoke to the staff named Zuzile who referred me to the store manager Charlote(3rd January 2024)who also was very unapologetic about this incovenience and made it clear that its not their problem. Fine I was promised the Picasso chairs will be ordered and i can collect on the 27th as that was the only date i could drive to Majuba mall from Dundee! Again today(25/01/2024) I had to ask Zuzile why havent i heard anything from the store. she told me she will check and come back to me, hours later im told there's no chairs!! i asked for the store manager again to contact me. Charlotte phoned and confirmed there is no chairs they still making them from the Warehouse!! I mean i had no feedback from the store after 3 weeks im told there nothing they can do its not their fault!! how can House & home advertise something, allow you to make a payment!! promised that the order has been processed and can be collected from Newcastle when the chairs are now only being made!! Im fuming as i type this cause this is totally uncalled for!! pathetic store, people should know there's no value for your money in House& home!!
Cell c is a perfect example of pathetic service provider!! Almost every day I'm without connectivity yet the debit my account month on month without fail! Try calling their customer service and get told "roam under Vodacom you should be fine" I really think at this point my only option is canceling their contract and get Vodacom sim once!! Irritating to go through this honestly!!
I bought the tripple boss burger from their Dundee outlet,when i got home the patties were under cooked,I reached out to them via their WhatsApp. A consultant called and told me I'm lying there's was nothing wrong with the burger! She was very rude and dismissed me totally!! I feel that she was very defensive and didn't care about my query or complaint! That's definitely not how a query solution should be!! Well minus one customer from them!!
This business is a ****!! I've ordered hair on the 7th of March and their SLA is 5-7 working days. I've been sent from pillar to post each time I enquire about my order. Now they blocked me on facebook so I can't warn others of their stinking customer service!!!
I regret the day I took an explora decoder from this people..they are know claiming my account is in arrears and i had sent proof of payment in August already and their rude consultant had a decency to tell me "emails take time to reach them" i mean a whole two months!! Then they a watsap number to send to which an invalid number!! I wouldn't advise anyone to take any service from this company!!
