I app**** for a loan with them last year September. Unfortunately I was retrenched and did inform them of the change. I asked for a payment plan but was never helped. They call every day and hang up. They sent me a text in April saying they would debit the following day. That never happened because I did have funds in my account. Now every other day of the month they debit without any notice and my account sits in a minus. Thousands of people rely on them but we're treated like skum. How does capfin run such a disgusting establishment.
I APOKE TO NOUTHANO WHO WAS ECTREMELY RUDE REGARDING FITMENT. FOR 3 WEEKS I HAVE BEEN LIASING WITH YASMIN ABDOOL REGARDING FITMENT FOR 6 CARS IN JHB... PERSONALLY I THINK SHE JUST WANTED THE SALE BECAUSE SHE CALLED ME EVERYDAY. NOW WHEN ITS TIME FOR FITMENT ALL THE DETAILS I GAVE HER ARE INCORRECT. I HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE WITH CARTRACK ALL DAY WITHOUT ANY LUCK .
I've been calling emailing and sending WhatsApp messages for the past two hours with no response...
My dad has been in hospital in Durban for 2 weeks. Our internet was suspended for non payment . there was a balance of R76.80 which i was told from Ruth Kekana that once paid it would take 4 minutes to reconnect. Payment was made 4 + hours ago and still no reconnection. we work from home and need 24/7 internet access. she then said to me that once full outstanding balance is paid then will we be reconnected...i am in a credit. still no connection ...when will this get fixed.
Every time I go into the bank you put that Live better service on my account i dont want it stop adding it to my account then when access the self help to stop it i get told to go into the branch to do it.
Pathetic useless app and service . On Friday 11/11/2022 i went into the Rosebank branch to sort my banking app out.They said i entered my password incorrectly too many times. Monday i am trying to make a payment i see that i was signed up for this Live Better nonsense which I never had before or even asked if i wanted it. To day i am again trying to send money and again the app was not allowing me to then said i entered my password incorrectly again which I didn't i used the what's WhatsApp service which was utterly useless and again was told to visit the branch which I cannot and i need to make payment immediately. how does Capitec allow customers to just run up and down to the branch when they have the self help facility

I was in SASSA twice in May of this year and was told by the supervisor that my daughter's disability grant was going to be in on the 5th of July, too date no payment
I have been to 3 labour centres since Monday regarding the above, since lockdown I have been getting an sms monthly confirming my unemployment status, banking details and ID number, the last sms I received was 22 October 2020. All I would like to know is when payment for UIF November will be.
