My experience with a return at Take a lot has been horrific! And why dont they have customer service! I bought a Airfryer from USwitch via take a lot and not even a month and the light stops working.So I logged the return and by the 12th of January the company already received it. I have been following up like a crazy person and you get no feedback then they keep sending a waybill that says NOT in MOVEMENT. When I called the courier i get told that item was returned to the sender as there was poor information given to deliver. We live in 2026 Can you not call or whatsapp?? Its now the 04th February. I wonder how much longer am I going to fight this battle...Lesson learnt rather spend R100 petrol then depend on an online site.
How many people do they have in that call centre ...when they selling the insurance they can call a person a 100 times but there is a query i have to wait days which is pathetic! I even tried calling in and every single time i had to wait on the call for more than 20mins with still no answer.This absolutely frustrates me.
I have been trying to get hold of Kotex to express my disappointment with they product that i have recently purchased from Dischem but there is email address and number just rings.
****mers! They came to fix my tv late at night when they were done we told them the tv was not right as the light was showing on the sides.They said they will come the next day its been 3 weeks now they don't respond to calls we have sent multiple whatsapps and we are been ignored. Save yourself the disappointment.
I have been doing the surveys for almost a year now and i never had a problem, whenever i convert my points to voucher i always get it in the time frame as promised.
My worst experience by far....I ordered a meal for my mum before i could leave home, on my delivery instruction i added that they need to inform the security to call.After two hours my mum called me to follow up with the food at that time i thought they had called her to open the gate.When i checked my app it was said the food was left ''under a tree" with a picture that is far away from my security gate ...when i reported it I am told i wont be refunded my money ...This is bull**** !! if they even left it with the security i would have been fine with that.R110 is alot of money for myself and i will rather drive to the shop before using them again.
Firstly I would like to know, does anyone in the callcentres ever know what they doing.my query was logged on monday its now Wednesday and i have been moved to 3 different departments. What do i have to do to get alittle attention on my query
My experience with fnb has been nothing but a disappointment.. Last year sometime I called in the call centre asking to put a hold on my account until I can go into the bank to close my account due to the fact that I was pregnant and going through trauma I couldn't go out much or even sit for a long time. Nevertheless 2 weeks I log into my account which I haven't been using at all to check my balance on my vehicle finance only to get a shock of my life that my account is minus R1660 due to bank charges anyways I go into the bank to explain my situation and they laugh about it and say shame you need to pay that amount to close that account... Having two kids at this point in time who has R1660 laying around.. I manage to get the money but I find it so ridiculous and inconsiderate that I have to pay for something I didn't even use... Im glad I changed banks when i did.
What does a person have to do to get a membership certificate?? I phoned a week ago and was told i would get an email.. I understand that there have merged with fed health but doesnt mean you shouldnt have records of everything??
