Always a good idea. Especially the branch in Ottery. I believe that’s the only KFC that still makes proper zinger wings and not boiled tasteless wings!
Had the sweetest experience. Always clean. Staff are okay. I wanted to change my order but it was too late other than that had a great time. Boba was fantastic. Would go again
I took 2 drives to be recovered, the receptionist called me to give me the amount for 2 drives and i confirmed. I then made 1 payment for both the drives. They could only get 1 recovered and the other they said i must wait. I asked if we could get a refund, the receptionist then asked for my banking details which I sent through. Then the receptionist CALLS ME and says that they cannot do a refund, they can either quote me on an international part for the drive AFTER PAYING OVER R2000 or I can place the drive in hibernation and wait until they have the missing part for it. Again , i told them that we only needed one of the drives recovered and luckily the one that was recovered successfully is the one we needed therefore we are wanting a refund. She then says they cant do a refund so i tell her okay then we have to place in hibernation because what else are we going to do? We will not be paying anything extra for that drive. We then end the telephonic conversation...... Now we have been trying to get a refund since March 2023 for a drive that was not recovered. I email them today asking for a refund as i have not had any communication with them since then nor have they called me or given me any updates with regards to our drive. And they say i have not formally told them which option i have chosen even though I confirmed telephonically with the receptionist , THE SAME WAY SHE telephonically asked for confirmation to work on the drives and gave me the FULL amount to pay. Not stating that we must make 2 seperate payments. 8 MONTHS LATER , WE DO NOT HAVE OUR DRIVES NOR DO WE HAVE A REFUND ; NOT EVEN AN UPDATE WITH REGARDS TO WHATS HAPPENING WITH OUR DRIVES. They simply do not care!! HOW CAN WE TELEPHONICALLY ACCEPT QUOTES AND HAVE PAYMENT MADE BUT WHEN I CONFIRMED TELEPHONICALLY TO HIBERNATE THE DRIVE, NOW THERE IS AN ISSUE. The job is simple: Recover the drives, the drives have not been recovered, 8months later no answer/update. We expect to have our refund or at least have the drive recovered at their cost. Why is this so difficult?
I have been calling every department since July. I have received this closer unlimited charge on my telkom landline bill that appeared from nowhere. Every agent i call always diverts me to another department and cannot assist me. This is very frustrating. I have spoken to billing, dialed every option under the sun, sales, cancellations, ive tried all the email addresses online and i'm still sitting with the same problem. I have spoken to a couple of agents and they give me a different amount to pay as they say the closer unlimited was removed and the next month my bill is even higher with the added Closer Unlimited again. I have kept record of each agent , department they work in and timestamps of each call. I NEED TO ESCALATE THIS MATTER IMMEDIATELY. I DO NOT WANT TO HAVE THE SAME ISSUE IN 2023
I ordered a delivery pizza half meat, half no meat. I received a Mayo based pizza which really ****ed me off because it’s not the first time this is happening to me. I specifically asked the driver is he sure , he said yes reassuring he’s been doing this job a long time he knows blah blah ….. I tried to contact them in wetton but I cannot get hold of them
I ordered a pizza and it arrived unsealed, disgusting, distorted as if it was someone’s leftovers. I am very very very angry and disappointed. I waited 1hr 15min. I could not get hold of the driver at all. I have photos of how it arrived. Truly unappetizing. The panarottis in Claremont , wow !!!

I have been scammed. I applied as a receptionist at this job and went in for an interview with Shaniece and the employer. The interview went smooth and said they would love me to start working. The employer continued to message me telling me I need lots of training because their food business is very busy and no one has time to teach anyone new. I said I was a fast learner. He wanted to meet on Sunday to start training but in the interview he mentioned that working hours is only Monday - Friday no weekends no public holidays. After that he started talking about how the employees are going to be jealous of me because he is giving me attention and I will be getting paid more. My job entails me to travel as well , then he started messaging me things that made me feel very uncomfortable and I said I don’t want a. Relationship with him because he is my employer , so everything has to be 100% professional. He then proceeded to laugh and say I got the wrong idea , after that he told me not to come in anymore my interview was scratched, he said I have funny ideas and he is a humble man. And fired me. He forced to meet me alone to start training and when I said no he said I was stupid and can add no value to the company.
I paid for express shipping with dawn wing on Thursday it is Monday evening and I have still not received anything. Express shipping is expensive for no reason. I have called every number under their contact list and sent an email and the numbers don’t work, the emails, they never replied
