I am so disappointed. Decided to drive through on Sunday from Pta as the internet show's that this store in Greenstone has stock of what I needed. Went there - no stock. Paid for the unit as this was promised to be seen as an urgent delivery as I needed this item on Sunday, hence I didn't order online to wait for Friday to be delivered and was delighted by the service. Monday - no feedback, Tuesday - no feedback. When I called, I was told delivery will only on the 20th of November??? Holding for over 30mins and multiple calls to speak to a manager.... SERIOUSLY!!! You have my money and no response???!!!! This was my first time ever dealing with Leroy Merlin store - impressive when I walked in - spent R4500 at your store - but believe me - you won't see me again! Real bad experience. Still holding after I called again to speak to the store manager... I was told they will call me back.... still no phone call. BEWARE OF THIS PEOPLE!!!! IF YOU CAN'T SEE AND TOUCH IT & LOAD IT IN YOUR CAR - DON'T PAY for it. Once they have your money - NO urgency to take your calls or to get back to you!!!
I am still waiting for Takealot to get back to me on items paid for and not delivered. Is this the way forward Takealot? Take a lot of people's money and not deliver what was ordered?? Order nr#118252761. my 2 x jacobs coffee was NOT in my 1 box that was delivered! How long do you take to investigate? In the meantime... you go silent? In the hope that I will forget about it? I am very disgusted first of all by your delivery guy who wanted to crack when I wanted to check my box upon arrival??!!!! I never had issues... but this will make me think twice before ordering from you again! Going corrupt like the rest? That's SAD!
Emkay and his team did a job at my house to TAR my driveway with a so called 10 year Gaurantee. I chose him above another guy as he seemded honourable. I've been contacting him eversince 6months has passed after the job was done - full of empty promissed to come and have a look at the tar. nothing happens. I even felt sorry for him as he always had excuses due to Covid and then busy outside the country - but still NO EMKAY and not responding to my messages. How long must I be patient - don't let him fool you!!!!! I believed and trusted him. Guess I was totally wrong!
PEDRO's CENTURION: I am so disgusted! I ordered food on 13/3/2022. Delivery cost me R20. I ordered food on Thursday 14/4/2022 all of a sudden delivery costing R30???? was asked to do EFT payment do to driver not having a card machine. I paid and sent POP. Food never got delivered. apparently driver got lost and returned to restaurant. I gave them benefit of the doubt. Agreed that my order can be delivered TODAY 19/4/2022 at 12:00 for lunch. Even reminded the lady at the restaurant via whatsapp this morning. STILL... ISSUES AND EXCUSES. Now they don't have stock to send my order. So what next. I am still waiting for this restaurant owner to call me. are they stealing people's money and politely make excuses????? I ordered before... food was great. But this.... this is UNACCEPTABLE!
Seriously bad! We need to worry while my dad has been admitted to Netcare Unitas with low oxygen and sugar of 2.1. He need to ASK personell to sort him out! Isnt that why he is there to get help! Disappointed!
Once again no client service at Discovery Insure today. After e-mails this past week with NO response, my discovery App not updated, I phoned and spoke to Solly at 08:45am this morning. I explained my frustration in a cool and calm way. I asked him to please get someone in management to call me by 10:00am. I am still waiting. Please listern to my conversation Discovery. Phone me once you have done so. I think you are fooling people. I submitted a claim on Monday 6 December 2021. Not once has anyone followed up. So onve again. What is Discovery about? Stealing people's money with super poor client service? I am once again shocked. I will have to considder alternative Insurance if THIS is the way you treat your customers. Just a number.
I have submitted a claim yesterday before 7am on Discovery app due to a storm crisis we had Saturday (when I phoned Saturday evening - there was no help) stick it out and call in office hours. I phoned this morning at 08:45 as there was still NO update on the app re my claim. Asked for someone to please call me back in an hour to speak to me to accommodate me as client - still no response. WHAT IS DISCOVERY ABOUT???
Today was one of the worst experiences doinh business on Hyperli. I bought 2 x Sushi vouchers to celebrate great achievements this week by my daughter to share with friends. Bought 1 x 42 piece sushi platter and 1 x 18 piece sushi platter to be utilized at Kung***itchen in Brooklyn. I paid and received my 2 x vouchers. Placed my order around 3pm. 1) Kungfu kitchen - cant communicatr properly, mentioned they cant get hold of the manager, they apparently didnt know anythinh about this? 2) went to collect my order as arranged - with NO food prepared by Kungukitchen. Needless to mention again.... I have very excited friends and child awaiting Sushi as celebration dinner. 3) No one knowimg what to do, the lady at Kung***itchen eventually got hold of Luthando from Hyperli. As the customer with high expectations I expected Luthando from Hylerli to get to a conclusion with Kung***itchen. Instead.... my conversation with Luthando got to a point where he said they will refund me. There I am... standing in a restaurant after 6pm. People waiting for food... had to spent my last funds on treating my child... then get left with no food and a " i dont know when you will be refunded" from Luthando. I said that the solution is useless just as the poor restaurant communication - with a respond from Luthando: **** you and slammed the phone in my ear! What a total disgrace! I will never suppost either the restaurant or Hyperli again. I will never recommend Hyperli to people like I use to do. As for being sweared at as a customer... I think it is pritty pathetic. Then you can't expect any more from the chaos that happened tonight! When will I get my refund? Suppose... no one knows. I went home and made french toast.... what a disgrace! I gave my e-mail to Luthando.... still waiting for the e-mail. Suppose those words uttered got to his head. Suggest you get a person swearing at yoir customers out urgently. Making your company look even more unprofessional.
16th April 2021 Michael did work at our house fitting drain pipes. Work was not done correctly and drain sank after few days. Been trying to get hold of him for months... but ignore and do not communicate with is. Be carefull!
