I recently had a power steering hose replace and charged over R4000. When i approached a hose company afterwards that I presume made the hose, they mentioned that a hose like that wouldnt be more than R500. Service city also flushed the system with new power steering oil, however the math doesn't make sense...R3500 for maybe an hours labour's and oil? The car was also returned with grease and oil marks on my upholstery. They boost an online review platform, where i made similar comments however no feedback.. beware..
Why is the quality of food and presentation not universal throughout all Food *****s. We used to frequent the Boksburg store, excellent and now that we have moved to the Westrand first tried Westagte on a few occasions...the veggies are inferior quality and we found many veggies going bad..whereas today we tried Hillfox what a good experience..the way we know Food *****s?. Further to the above, we stay a few minutes from Westgate, but now have to travel Further to a Food*****s that meets the standard

I called the office number..then was referred to a Rep, who advised me that someone else would call me back..after reminders, no feedback..extremely bad service, taking into consideration the presumably bad economy we are encountering. This company doesn't seem to be interested in business or even the courtesy to respond. NB..this requirement included 8 industrial roller shutter Doors...maybe too small for this company??
The call in assistance is apathetic for this angling shop. You are always first in line and no answers, when you are lucky enough for someone to answer, you ask your question and then are transferred to an extension where no one answers and then transferred to voice mail and then you are cut off. No one ever calls back. Unfortunately when a company dominates an industry, customer service becomes non existent.
I had a ticket booked return to Maputo for the Easter weekend 2020. Because of COVID, I couldn't travel. My booking was through Flight center who mentioned I had a voucher to use before December 2020, when travel opens again. Flight Center has attempted to rebook for me now that travel has opened again, even copying me into to the emails to LAM. No response on many occasions. I strongly recommended anyone wanting to travel to Mozambique to look at alternatives, as LAM are extremely inefficient with no customer service skills and aptitude. Flight Center have been extremely helpful.
I received an email from this Company, demanding money that was owing from March and threatening me a summons. I have never had any debt of any sorts and the email clearly states that any emails or calls received or sent will be invoiced, so I cant even request an explanation why I received this email. It could even be a scan email that I received . Beware..
After a day late of the promised visit, a very unfriendly Technician arrived to repair my fridge. Fist he stated it needed a regas at R650, then there was a gas leak, new price R 1200, then he said the compressor needed replacement, a new price of R1900. He completed the job and gave a receipt with a 6 month guarantee. This morning the fridge was as before, not working. The head office number on the receipt was not working and the cell numbers rang unanswered. This same individual is operating under three different names, Access Appliance Repairs, Tropical Appliance Repairs Access and AR Company, all with different numbers, all unanswered. Beware dont use him
