Truewood promises warranty and support for their furniture however when they are required to assist you get ********** service. I have spent thousands of rands at Truewood buying various big furniture items over the years. I recently called them to assist with a leather couch which has a whole. The experience of chatting to the team that deals with these types of queries left me feeling cheated. The guy was very rude, completely disregarding my position as a long term client of Truewood, over multiple years buying from the same store. I tried to escalate the matter through the store, however they flat out refused to assist. They claim they bought the item from another supplier whom they no longer do business with. This was new to me, as they have always said they build their own furniture with a good network of product supplies thus they are able to support their products for a lifetime. I was not claiming warranty, I was going to pay for the product to be fixed, if needs be, however, as I say, they were simply not bothered. I am highly disappointed as I sit here with a house full of truewood furniture, from lounge suites, to wall units, bedroom suites, children's beds, etc. I'm not sure if I'll ever spend another cent at their store going forward. Thr experience has been exceptionally underwhelming.
The amount of spam coming from the Intercare Irene Dentist, whose oral hygienist is terrible at her job, is unbelievable. The service is bad, the moral compass has no clue where is north, so I suppose the desperation for clients results in this spamming desperation. I don't recommend this dentistry to anyone.
I had an issue with rubberized parts of the vehicle's tailgate. I had gone back twice for this issue to be addressed. As soon as Chamone Berrange became aware of the issue, she took it upon herself to resolve. She maintained contact with me daily over a week long period, ensuing that I was kept abreast on the steps she was taking to resolve the problem. Today the final step happened. She called this morning, asked tha I come in. The technical team was there waiting for me. Took for the vehicle for about 30min, and completely resolved the rubber issue. The job was done beyond my expectation. The inner tailgate looks brand new on a 4 year old vehicle. Thank you Chamone Berrange, impressive customer service! Happy client.
I was so frustrated with our business line having been down for 48 hours. I did not understand the frustration that the VOX team was experiencing trying to resolve the problem. Martin Janse van Rensburg worked an extra couple of hours, over and above his allocated work time to make sure the line is up before departing work for the day. Martin, thank you, you are an asset to VOX. Thank you Sir!
Our Business line has been down since Thursday. I call was logged on Friday, and since then, every promise made for a call back is not fulfilled. Managers are seemingly blatantly refusing to take escalations. Apparently they are on calls, an entire 40min later the Manager is still on a call. Terrible service. If things continue this way, one will have to cancel the contract on grounds of lack of delivery for the procured service with zero support accountability.
We used the Mortimer Toyota for the 2nd time yesterday. The first time, they were late with delivering the vehicle after the service, such that it was never even washed after thr service. Yesterday, our second experience, we were shocked by even worse service. They have cracked the vehicle's windscreen and did not even have the courtesy to tell us, we had to notice this ourselves and enquire. Secondly they did not replace the engine cover, they simply dumped it in the loading bay. The loading bay clearly shows that it was not washed at all. This is horrendous service from Toyota as a company that claims to prioritize its clients.
One seems to have jumped the gun. Hardly a couple of months ago when I praised the service I had received from Takealot, where truth be told, they had bungled my return. A similar thing transpired again, they have bungled my return, all sorts of promises were made that I will be called back and kept abreast of progress, my item will be delivered to me in a few days. Today I receive a runbish email that I did not collect my item therefore my order is being canceled. This is absolutely pathetic. Perhaps I should return to my Takealot sabbatical that I previously undertook for a whole 2 years cause of their lousy service.
Great customer service from Anthony who came to deliver a parcel at Cape Town International. With the place big relatively big it could be a challenge to locate the delivery point, especially where the receiver is not answering their mobile. Anthony remained calm throughout, even when he had given up and practically in his car, he was courteous enough to walk back to meet the receiver. Great Service and Thank You Very Much!!!! Very Happy Customer.
Trying to obtain a special settlement has been a nightmare of note with call centre agents that seemingly clueless on thier jobs. I am super frustrated.
I was made to hold for about 35 minutes and then the consultant, think his name was Lebogile, simply cut my call. He was very arrogant on the call. A call which I will now have to pay for. Pathetic customer service from DSTV (Multichoice).
