Im so disgusted by the customer service I received from woolworths staff in Kenilworth centre. .all I wanted was assistance by the make up section and there was absolutely no one. .I asked 3 ppl for assistance and all of them had the same answer "im coming now" and they never did. .I went to foshini and I got what I was looking for in seconds because as soon as I walked into the door a lady came up to me asking if I needed assistance. .woolworths staff can learn a thing or 2 from the foshini staff
I just want to know why are the checkers cashiers so miserable in Kenilworth centre.even they way they greet you.its like they hate their jobs and they do not want to be there.when asking them a simple question they will literally sigh before answering you.i hate shopping in that checkers .it just gives you a unpleasant experience every single time.
The service I received from KFC in waterfront is absolutely disgusting, the self service machine was giving problems,5 ppl are standing at the counter watching me struggle and yet having personal conversation .a girl from sorbet literally had to come and help.when I asked for assistance they looked more annoyed at anything.i will never support this franchise again due the lack of customer service I received today. .absolutely revolting
Today I was in N1 city and my husband wanted to try the corn dogs at sausage saloon. .mind you this is my first time ever eating there and I must say. .Jamie and Britney was absolutely amazing, there was a bit of a mix up with the hotdogs and corn dogs but Jamie sorted that out like a champ. .they made my first experience a one to remember and I just wanted to say thank you for the amazing customer service guys, I will definitely spread the word that sausage saloon is the place to eat.
Sunday the 9 Feb I had the most worst experience at game in Kenilworth centre. .I.wanted 2 draw money at the ATM and I do understand the store was closed and explained very nicely to the red alert security lady that I didn't wna buy something,just draw money and c started pushing me and closing the door in my face. .I stopped the door with my hand and asked if I could speak to a manager and she and 2 of ha colleagues started shouting in my face I even took pictures, a lady with short grey hair came and I assumed c was the manager but c started pushing me as well and my water fell out of my hand.i asked if 1 of them cab pick it up and they refused and continued to physically assault me. .I have pictures of each and every person. .this is not what I expected from game and I'm busy laying a complain against they red alert security as well
I've just been assisted by Kimberly and it was the most horrible experience if not depressing.she didn't even greet and her responses was short and cold.i couldn't wait to get out of the store and it might be my last purchase in that store. Absolutely horrible customer service
I ordered a white blazer online from tfg and it came from foshini golden acre.i was completely disgusted by how this jacket looked.it had foundation marks literally everywhere and the neckline was so dirty.i ended up taking the jacket 2 the cleaners but to pay for something so expensive and still have to.pay cleaners is beyond me.the fact that foshini staff think it's appropriate to send a garment like that to a customer is ridiculous. Utterly disgusted. Will never order again
Never in my life have I experienced such stupidity,my husband wanted 2 purchase a gift for me on his account and because I wanted to order my items on the less 50 sale I need to have the gift card put on my account, a gal named Carine at Bayside told my husband he can't do that even tho we have done this multiple times,I asked my husband 2 give her the phone so I can explain to her better,she flatly refused to speak to me.how ****ing rude.aftet speaking to the manager Denzel things were done the proper way,thank u Denzel
I know this is a site where people usually complain but I just wna compliment bulelwa. .I hope I'm spelling her name correct at the deli. .there was a huge misunderstanding regarding the pizzas I ordered but she sorted me out quick quick. .thank u my darling. .good service are hard to find and u a gem among the rocks
My husband received a voucher from woolies 2 days ago, a beauty voucher and because he no absolutely nothing about make up he wanted me to use it.i explained 2 Thandile and awso the customer service lady and both sed no they can't help,I've purchased on my husband's account with a permission letter and both our ID in store at the tfg stores,identity as well as truworths. Woolies is the only store that said no without even trying to assist me,I've advised my husband to close his woolies account. I've never experienced such poor service before.ill never buy at woolies in Kenilworth centre again. .oh and BTW instead of assisting me. .the manager was going thru his messages to see if he mayb got the same voucher. .pathetic
