I purchased headphones online from Incredible Connections, my item is marked as “shipped” but I received a call from someone claiming that the headphones are not available and they asked me to share my personal information over the phone instead of corresponding with the details on the online platform. Received the call from the member of the New Market branch
My parcel arrived on 01.04.2025, they don’t want to deliver it. Yesterday they sent a WhatsApp message that it would be delivered before today. At 16:10 they changed the status to “Customers requested a reschedule for the 30th of April.

I ordered three items on the website, only received two items. My order has been marked as “delivered”. They are refusing to bring the third item or refund me.
I don’t recommend this network. The network has been bad for the last three days. I just logged a ticket on the app and got a pop up message that “I’ve already logged a query”. They also don’t answer calls, I’ve been on the line for the past hour, they don’t have customer care. Save yourself the drama and opt for another network.
Rude reception staff especially the black ones, I am black too and really needed assistance. They kept on dropping my call
On Friday, 12 July i logged a complaint for a deduction that was made on my bank account. A ***** case was opened and ever since I’ve been receiving automated messages that my case is still being investigated. Today I received a message that my case has been resolved without any resolution details . I have not been contacted and the ***** team even promised to send me a card, I have not received such a card. It is so unfair that the bank decided to take money from my account without my authorisation and have not given me any feedback whatsoever.
Funds from my account was deducted from my account, according to the bank it was Uber Eats. There are no logs of this on the Uber Eats App, I have contacted both businesses and Uber eats has assured me that there was no order from their end and the Standard Bank teams says that there’s nothing they can do, they’ll just replace the card
I placed an online order and it was not delivered to my house but they’ve marked my order as “completed with customer”
They buy cellphones and watches from their website, they sell faulty items and drag the return process.
