It's been almost 5 years that I've tried to get the Telkom landline pole removed from my property. I've contacted these guys multiple times wasting airtime and customer care doesn't know where to refer me to. We will be removing the landline pole ourselves over the weekend.

Lewis stores in mitchells plain town centre. Wow your customer service is appalling and the behaviour of each and everyone in that store is disgusting especially on the telephone. The way they treat pensioners is horrific. I will never purchase at that store ever again.
Web Africa has the most pathetic customer service ever! I have been trying since Friday to get hold of an agent only the bot comes back to say that he will connect me to an agent. Since Friday same thing is happening. They might as well be closed on weekends.

I've tried to reach out on the live Webchat chat as well as WhatsApp chat. Vumatel had been to my property as I thought that the fault is with my box but it's not.
I've been trying to reach Web africa today with no success! My connection is lost and i have to buy data to be able to connect but its not like its anyones problem regardless of me having to pay my as$ off every month for them to decide to not be able to assist me in any way possible. How is it possible that this company does not have telephony CSC they advised i need to reach them.via whatsapp but i get no answer beside the robot.!
I've been on here about a month ago and they responded to me via email to say they will urgently contact me regarding my loan that still shows on my credit report. Sadly they never contacted me. I'm still waiting and my report shows that I have an arears with this people for a loan that was also duplicated on my report !!! Not satisfied
I am so disgusted with FNB Legal or whichever department I'm suppose to be dealing with. I used to have a temp loan of 1225 and paid it up in September 2022. I contacted them in order for this to be updated on my credit report, instead they doubled it looking as if I have two temp loans and both show in arrears. I contacted them via email and telephonically. Whenever I speak to an agent over the phone they tell me that this only gets updated with 14 days which I am well aware of. But that is what they been saying since 5 months ago. I dont get any responses via email and I'm trying to get my credit report cleared up! They probably don't know what to do. For a company Like FNB to treat people like this is very unfair and unprofessional.
I wrote a complaint on here a few days ago they responded saying they will look into the matter I had no response after that. After calling back and forth again they managed to help me. I was grateful for that and a day later they disconnected me again saying I have an outstanding balance. What Micky mouse clubhouse is DStv running?
