Today I paid my order with a cashier at macdonalds hillfox at 9am n 9:25 all whites n coloured people who paid after me were served right in front of my eyes. The team leader n supervisor gave zero care N I had to ask for a refund and the both did not even try to convince me other wise they just refunded me with no stress.... Today macdonalds made me feel racially discriminated and what's worse due to this I was 1hour late for my daughter's school pick nick day - Bheki is one of them the other 2 did not even have their name tags on.
on 10-07-2025 I went to this BWM workshop to collect my car, only to find out that the car is not 100% repaired but I guess nobody cares. after sending them whatsapp texts since monday 07-07-2025 asking them what time should I come pick up the car nobody answer all week, only to get whatsapp texts when they see me at their door step. yes that's how rude they were even when I personally at their reception they decided I am not worth their face to face time. I was being texted whilst at the workshop. then on friday 11-07-2025 I have to return the car as the engine light was not going off and a guy called Donaven came with a diagnosis machine which showed the red line that there was a problem of which I have a picture of and Donavan only shutdown the red light just so I can get off his back, I asked him that I see you have switched off the light on the diagnosis machine but there's still showing a redline on your machine that something is wrong and he lightly just said to me don't worry about it. Donaven gave me a faulty car highly aware of the fault. when my car got into the accident it was on full tank petrol only to find it empty to the last bar on pick I asked them to send me a picture of my petrol reader showing that it was full (I asked them on the 11-Jul and today it's 15-Jul) still no picture and no comms at all from the workshop.

On Christmas eve 24/Dec I came to clearwater mall store to purchase a JD sneaker which was not in the store and Paul convinced me to buy it through him online after he **** to me that the shoe is no where in Gauteng but only at their warehouse and the following day I found the shoe at Jozi Markham.... Pual order an extra pair of shoes without informing me and now am at the store am telling them I need my whole money reversed and they refuse to reverse it all
on the 1st of Nov 2024 I took my car to cherry car service little falls rooderpoort and I received the most horrible service. no work was done to the car as it came back exactly with the same problem after they kept my car with them for 4days. I had to keep on calling them as they did not care. I was told I will get the car on Sat 11am and when I called back no one was answering then on monday I was told I will get the car at 11am only to call them back at 14:00 and only then when I called they said I could come get the car. my car had no signed of being fixed as it came back the same way I took it to them. the service & experienced I received was the worst ever.
Old Mutual has been the worse. I spoke to a sales agent to open up a policy for me and my in-laws this boy did such a terrible mass on my policy he intentionally opened individual covers for the people I asked him to put under me. To my surprise am not a policy holder as he opened individually policies without my instruction/consent. This is the 2 time I complain about Soweto Diepkloof branch this branch staff is seriously disrespecting the community on a higher note. The name of the agent is Maungedzo.
I just spoke to Nonkululeko from Mazda/Suzuki clearwater. Am asking to book my car for service and all she said was we are busy stay on the line and immediately put me on hold like she was getting rid of me. I find that very rude from a service agent. The worst service ever
today I went to Dr SK Matseke hospital(Pita Pata) to take my daugher for her 5year injection. to my surprise I was assisted by the most ruddest nurse I have ever seen at this hospital. 1. this lady told me that I can't get a doctor's note for bringing my child(she that is being naughty, at that time I reported to my employer and as usual I have to come back with a doctor's notes) 2. there was only 2 of us in the morning but with her right in front of us with nothing to do she kept us there for 2hours just to get an injection whilst she was doing absolutely nothing. 3. I took a video of her rudeness should this case need me to provide proof to how badly people are being treated now at Dr. SK Matseke hospital. 4. this has been my hospital for years and this is the 1st time to receive such awful help.
I was supposed to receive my parcel on 30-Oct-2023. I called I asked thereabouts of my delivery, I was told they will be at my door latest by 18:00 30-Oct-2023. the driver never showed up, today 31-Oct-2023 I make a call & notify them that I took a half day from work to receive my parcel & still am told they don't know what time will the driver be at my door. I mean I already took a day off to receive this parcel that never arrived. and to make matters worse no one is calling me to communicate what time will my parcel be delivered or to apologies for not showing up. this is seriously a horrible service on my 1st time using this service. the delivery is through Telkom & I would highly recommend Telkom to terminate their contract with this delivery service as they are horrible & putting a bad name to Telkom as well.
I came to Telkom branch in Sandton city today & I because my contract has been suspended for 2 weeks now after the branch manager told me it's not his problem. Today finance department told me they can't help me unless I pay my monthly installment 130% every month. What kind of ***** is this. And mind you their sales agent admitted to their faces that she made the sale *****ulently by selling devices that are above the credit limit. How do you sell above the credit limit.
