HI, MY PARTNER AND I ARE BOTH LIVID AND DISGUSTED WITH THE SAME SITUATION THAT HAPPENED AT YOUR STORE PRIOR, IT JUST HAPPENED AGAIN TODAY AT THE SAME BRANCH OF PRETORIA STATION, THIS TIME AROUND I’D MUCH RATHER PREFER TO SPEAK TO AN AREA MANAGER ONE-ON-ONE INCLUDING AND REGARDING THE SECURITY AND MANAGER ON DUTY (THIS SUNDAY MORNING 02 NOVEMBER 2025.) ALL ISSUES WILL BE ADDRESSED ON THE DAY OF CONTACT AS PER REQUEST.
I went to Shoprite kiosk to buy cigarettes and get a cash back of R100 at approximately 13:45-50pm there I was welcomed by an unfriendly cashier by the name of NCEDILE NCAMU, she said she doesn’t have R100 so I asked how can I then be assisted and she said I must go and ask to which I rep**** aren’t you the one who is supposed to go and ask for me? She rep**** “You must beg me and you didn’t beg so I can’t go and help you” I thought I didn’t hear her clearly so I asked again, you said I must beg to which she said yes you must beg, without thinking twice about her response to me as a paying customer. She then proceeded to assist the customer behind me who was buying a cold drink and disregarded me standing right there, I then went to the manager’s office where I explained to the lady who was in there and she summoned the cashier to come to the office while we waited for the branch manager, when the cashier came, the lady was appalled and said “Not you again!!!” Which is clearly an ongoing routine with this cashier. After I gave my story she still **** with so much attitude even in front of her superiors, which is very saddening and disrespectful, such atrocious behaviour should be stopped because also our parents go there so that’s the service they receive? Because they barely complain so they’re left with no option but to BEG for service? I am highly disappointed and angry. I even said she has no remorse whatsoever and won’t apologise at all for her terrible behaviour and service to show she’s really comfortable with disrespecting customers. You can revert back to CCTV footage as to how she treated a customer at your own store, thus I provided the time I was there. Absolutely atrocious!!!
I just want to give a huge thank you to Jabu Mpofu who actually assisted me with tracking my parcel and keeping in touch with me, I truly appreciate such exceptional and selfless service. Globeflight has a great employee in their midst.
Please check Cynthia with her rude behavior at Galito’s and her sayings of “I don’t give a ****” at Galito’s N1 …. Where do you get this staff???
I have been a contract user with 3 lines for 2 years now, I just spoke to this lady called Nxobile from MTN and she showed no interest in assisting me over the phone, the date is 08/10/2021 and my call was at 06:47am, first time I experienced such unwillingness from MTN CALL CENTRE, I couldn’t even finish what I wanted based on such behaviour and disinterest, it was appalling.
I’d like to compliment Princess for the great service we received at McDonald’s Jewel City, she’s so willfully helpful and has sense of urgency. Big Ups to you guys for excellent service. Also Thando who assisted us just as awesome.
I’d like to show my humble gratitude for the assistance me and my partner got from Anthonet Jarrosen from Ghandi Square branch, her humbleness, warmth and care for customers is way out of this world. She was really great and would love to rate her 11/10 (if there’s such a thing) that’s just how satisfied we were with her kind service. Thank you Anthonet, may God bless you richly.
Our moving from Durban to Johannesburg was done smoothly and cheaper than expected, thanks to the kindest service of Grace who made sure that she reaches us to notify us on every single step. Her service was awesome, the guys who brought our furniture were also good, Big Ups to Ephraim, you were excellent. Thanks for the luxury treatment.
An experience is nothing BUT Thabiso, cool Chilled and amazing. Going in to Platinum Branch and being treated like royalty is something different. I’d never wanna go to any other branch because of this guy. Free spirited and kind are a lack of better words. 200/10! Fact!
