I should have done a review check on Hello Peter before having a consultation with Zohra Sooliman. Just like the previous review mentioned, I experienced a long wait without an apology when she finally arrived for our appointment. The entire consultation felt like a waste of my money and time. To make matters worse, when I had issues with my medical aid, instead of giving me the time I needed to sort it out, she immediately insisted on payment. This lack of understanding, especially when I was under immense stress and anxiety, was incredibly disappointing. Her focus seemed to be solely on money rather than providing the support I was looking for. I expected a more compassionate and genuine approach from her, especially since she is a co-founder of Gift of the Givers, an NGO that helps people. However, my experience could not have been more different. Whatever is stated on her business card feels like a complete misrepresentation of her values. I strongly urge anyone considering her services to avoid this psychologist. She seems more interested in her profits than in genuinely helping her clients.

It involves providing a positive experience for customers throughout their interactions with the company, from the moment in my case lodging a claim with Outsurance to the post-finalization support I received from Ms Teresa Terri Sebotsa of Outsurance from the claims department is a person who provided such excellent customer service which actually has amazed me. She is definitely an asset to Outsurance. 1. Ms Teresa Terri Sebotsa was responsive, prompt and timely responded to my claim inquiry and concerns which was essential. She listened attentively to my concerns and responded in a respectful manner. 3. Ms Teresa Terri Sebotsa was knowledgeable about the company's claims procedure and services. She provided accurate information provided assistance and made informed decisions. 4. Ms Teresa Terri Sebotsa showed empathy and understanding towards my needs and concerns. She listenend actively and showed genuine concern which helped build trust and loyalty with me. 5. Ms Teresa Terri Sebotsa has excellent problem-solving skills when it came to customer service, she addressed the situation effectively. She was creative and proactive to find solutions which satisfied me as a customer. 6. Ms Teresa Terri Sebotsa provided personalized service that met my individual needs and preferences which has gone a long way in creating a positive customer experience. She addressed me by my name, remembered my preferences, and offered great tailored solutions to my claim that was lodged. I bought my vehicle and as normal you must have insurance before your vehicle can leave any dealership floor which is a common practice. I guess since I did not insure my vehicle with MFC I have been hounded with emails from their company insurance brokers requesting proof of insurance, if I don't provide proof of my own insurance they will take out their own insurance and add it to my monthly premiums as a threat. Please people think twice before financing your vehicle with MFC.

It’s the little things that matter to most people and you have done so many little things for me that make me know you care about your patients. I am so grateful for the things you do. Thank you for being a wonderful and excellent doctor (Neurosurgeon). I will forever remain grateful to you not only because of your professional work but also for caring about your patient so much. Worst telecommunication service provider, I took out a pre order fibre package in March 2021 and the fibre was up and running in July 2021. I was promised 3 months free in terms of the package I took, the first month I was billed I queried and found out I was incorrectly being billed. I contact the billings department they referred me back to the sales department, months passed by and I was still incorrectly being billed. I asked for a refund for the money deducted however they still to date have not refunded me. Please don't take out any packages with Telkom if you do request an eft payment method. I will be posting on social media and the telecommunication ombudsman

Excellent service and workmanship by the Openserve fibre Technician Mr. Nelson Freddy from the Pietermaritzburg branch. He is truly an asset to Openserve and should be rewarded for his excellent customer service and excellent work. The job required more people however Mr. Nelson Freddy did everything himself working tirelessly for many hours and still managed to set up and explained in detail how to operate my fibre system since I'm new to this technology. I Desegan Raylin Naicker will definitely refer friends and family to use Openserve due to Mr Nelson Freddy
I have been having a problem with my brand new 70 inch Samsung Smart Tv, I contacted Makro who referred my compliant to Samsung. Samsung Electronics Durban sent out Mr Nathi Mhlongo and another guy who arrived early and provided excellent workmanship which really impressed me. Mr Mhlongo knew alot and was very helpful in explaining in detail questions i asked him regarding my smart tv. On completing and fixing my smart tv Mr Mhlongo made sure my tv room was neat and tidy as it were. Samsung need to treasure Mr Mhlongo since he truly provided excellent customer service and is a true asset to Samsung Electronics repair - Durban.
I have received excellent customer service from my prestige banker Mrs Charmaine Naidoo, she has gone above and beyond her duty to help me get financial products i requested. It shows that she is a true asset to Standard Bank, i will definitely get my work colleagues, friends and family members to contact her if they require any financial products assistance.
