These people don’t have a contact number. Only an unmanned email address so they can just ignore you. They provided me with an incorrect tracking number and they claim that once they have dispatched an order it’s in the courier company’s hands. How when the courier is unable to track the nonsense tracking number you provided.
I had the most appalling service at Foschini Centurion Mall!!! Their collection process is stupid and frustrating. How do i spend an entire hour in the store for a collection??? I chose the collection option to AVOID being in the store as though I’m physically shopping!! The staff is so nonchalant and have no sense of customer service 😡😡 I’m afraid TFG as a collective has lost my business. You clearly don’t need judging by how their Foschini Centurion Mall staff treats their customers.
The service we received for the Valentines dinner at The Avenue was utter *******! It just turned the whole experience sour.
I placed an order for delivery and I’m not receiving any communication from them. The tracking number provided does not work and is not found on TCG. They are not responding to my emails. If you can’t deliver, please bring back my money.
ASAP doesn’t even deserve a star. This is the last straw. I’m deleting this nonsense app! Just trash! No regard for the customer whatsoever
This is the most frustrating experience I’ve had with any bank. Consultants to the call centre agents providing different information. I started the process of applying for a bank account over 2weeks ago!! I still don’t have my card. I was told the stupid lock box thing will be quickest way to get my card but I’m still waiting. The consultant told me 48hrs… the app states 2-3 worries days. The call centre tells me 3-4 working days. I wonder what it will be next. I regret even having the thought of switching to Nedbank.
Pathetic! And that’s putting it lightly. I live within an estate where security has to call to give access to visitors. The app said my food was delivered meanwhile I didn’t even a call from the main gate!! I log a query and I’m told they can’t refund me if I didn’t log the query within 3 hours. Mind you i logged the query almost immediately after i got the notification that my food was delivered. I even attempted calling their helpdesk after logging the query on the app and was put on hold for more than 15min. Disgusting!!! Sies! ****** scammers!!
I thought this was supposed to be a quick service hence the name ASAP!!!? I honestly keep giving PnP ASAP the benefit of the doubt but this has happened one too many times… i placed an order at 08:13. Its 10:05 now and still on “preparing order”. I regret with every fibre of my being. Checkers 60/60 has just gained a customer.
I really don’t know how Aramex is still in business!! They sent an “out for delivery” message on Friday. Later that evening i get another message saying driver ran out of time and delivery will be rescheduled for the next business day. At the same time I receive an email stating that delivery was attempted and i was not available!!!? HOW??? When you just sent a message saying your driver ran out of time!? Fast forward to Monday, same message “your parcel is out for delivery” later that evening, driver ran out of time.. email, “sorry we’ve missed you”. If you ran out of time the previous day, do you then not start with parcels you failed to deliver!?? This morning again, i got a message for delivery today. I can’t even say that i will be receiving my parcel. The call centre staff is USELESS to say the least. Why are you telling me what I clearly see on the tracking app??? Yes my delivery is scheduled but the reason for my call is that no one seems to want to deliver my parcel. A parcel from Sandton to Centurion really!!!?????? Sies maan!
After countless attempts since March to have a closed account status updated and removed from my report, the account is still on my report and is active. I have raised my concerns on this platform but no response/ action from ClearScore to update the correct information even after both Experian and FNB have confirmed that this account is indeed closed. I’m at my wit’s end and honestly don’t know what is supposed to happen from here. ClearScore is just blatantly refusing to correctly update my information. This is disappointing and no way okay to treat clients.
