On behalf of my wife: Ampath has been working on my account for the past 6 months. Where I have been given invalid reference numbers, received minimal communication although they apparently have escalated my case. This is simply because the right ICD10 codes was not filled in nor it was submitted to my medical aid.
I have mailed Chas Everitt with regards to an agent of theirs that are with holding our deposit on no legal grounds as per our contract with them. It has been more than enuf time for them to reply but there has been no feedback. The only clients seems to be the owners of the properties and not the renters.
Thinking of leaving MiWay, my wifes' car was damaged by someone that is insured with MiWay, we followed all the right procedures to make sure that we could submit a third party claim. But it has been 3 months now, and still nothing has been done, communication is useless with the same promise and no delivery. If this is the way you treat people going through the experience of not being able to drive their car because of one of you insured, then I don't want to continue our relationship. This is how MiWay would most likely treat all their clients.
I had moved out of my place on the 3rd of March. Thus I cancelled my relationship with MidCity as it was only one due to the complex where I rented. I filled in the necessary forms and awaited my deposit back. Two months went by and I decided to contact them. The consultant was so rood and told me that my deposit was used for the month of April and May. The consultant told me it is actually my problem and that It didn't matter if I moved out or not.
They are on the one side of a contract. They only care about their own gain when it somes to the landlord and a tenant. They got out contractors who ruined my furniture when they painted out the place I rented. The chipped tiles I moved in with was never replaced. I redid the garden and added blinds and really took care of the place. When it came to moving out the charged me a R1000 for replacing a bulb that was already not working when I moved in and a bracket I took off because it was broken when I moved in. There was no water bill till MidCity was brought in along with a new electric meter. I had to pay for the deposit there of and when I requested it back, they refused to give it and took it as collateral for April and May... I moved oud on the 3rd of March... I really don't know why realty companies are so ******* and clearly not interested in creating good relationships. I have lost alot of money because of them.
Went to get LTE they have on sale and paid yet waited 3 hours for the activation system to be online. But no luck... Went back 2 days later still nothing. Same status. After I have paid for the service and could not get a router nor internet. Customer service is terrible. The MTN agents sitting on their phones with ear pods in, not greeting you as you come in.
Safari and Surf - Wilderness Adventures set in Cape Vidal. Stated to be a guided snorkeling experience. Well what hell against reef and current we had to endure. Definitely not the right conditions to take a group of people, mixed with little children... Their first experience aswell into a rough current, hitting against the reef with absolutely no guidance.
Zimbili kindly informed me that they would be able to decrease my premium due to my financial constraints. This made my day.
