After a week of complaining about Absa blocking my account, they do it again. this is imbarasing everytime i try to use my card it says declined, I HAVE TO ASK OTHER PEOPLE TO PAY FOR ME. i have infromed Queen Mokoena from Absa bank that i am not in the country and i am using my card but still i get these problems. STOP BLOCKING MY CARD!! I AM USING MY CARD OUT SIDE OF THE COUNTRY!!! GIVE ME ACCESS TO MY MONEY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!
I am really disappointed in ABSA, because they blocked my online payment services 3 times now and every time I have to call them and explain to them I am not in the country and I am using my card to make payments online, it is very expensive to make calls from out side the country to South Africa and every time I need to buy at least R500 airtime just to complete a call with them. It is extremely expensive and frustrating, today I am sitting with the same issue because I need to do a payment and I am not able to do so, they do not even check with me if it is me who is making the transaction nor do they check with me if I am they notify me when they block my account, I just find out it is blocked when I need to make a transaction. This is very inconvenient because sometimes I need to make a transaction fast and then I must first take out and put my South African sim in then I need to make sure there is at least R500 airtime on that sim, then I struggle to get through to them to unblock my account. Ps. My account is still blocked for online transactions and I do not want to spend another R500 on airtime.
I have join Lottoland 2 weeks ago and I deposited R500 in my lottoland account, which I can not use to place bets with for some reason. I emailed and message Lottoland but they do not respond. All I get is an automated response from them saying look in frequently ask questions for help. Which I did but no helpful at all. These people are holding my money hostage and I want my money back! As soon as you deposit money to your Lottoland account they do not bother with what ever problems you face, they are a *****ulent business and people should stay clear of Lottoland
I was send a package last week Tuesday from Pretoria to Cape Town, overnight package delivery but I am still waiting for my package. I tried calling but non of the numbers work, I send a email and still waiting for a response, I had a chat with there chat box and they seems not to be able to find my package. I would like to speak to a human being that works at Amarex. To find out where my package is. I am leaving the country on Wednesday and I do not think I will receive my package before then. The worst courier service in South Africa. I should have use The Courier Guy, everyone says they are the best service and they communicate with the customers.
I have Bidvest insurance and my vehicle broke down today, I contacted them to tow my vehicle but I ended up waiting more then 5 hours in a unsafe area for them, I called continuously but no response from Bidvest. I was really worried that something bad would happen to me. The tow truck came after 5 hours and told me I need to sit in my car while they put my vehicle on a flat bed truck. They then told me to lay down in my vehicle so the police can’t see me on the truck in my car. It was the most uncomfortable ride of my life, the driver decided not to take my vehicle straight home they stopped to buy food and drinks at an ******* bottle store. When I tried to ask them when are they taking me home they just ignored me. This is horrible service and I will never use there services again. I am very disappointed in Bidvest.
Afrihost is the worst internet provider, the lady that “helped” me Yandisa, is extremely rude. I am explaining to her my that my internet is slow she acts like I am tell a lie and them she was supposed to put her supervisor or manager on but this never happened I am still on hold waiting for someone to respond.
I was trying to find out about transactions that went off on my account and decided to go to the chat on my Fnb app and was put through to a person called Tashony who was very rude to me and decided to cut our chat while I was telling her about what happened. I then tried to connect to a different banker and I got the same person who again was rude to me and did not want to give me information about transactions that going off on my account.
I applied for a credit card on the FNB app and got approved 3 weeks ago, after a week I contacted FNB credit card fulfilment to find out where the card is. I spoke to 4 different people and each time the person I am talking to cuts the chat this went on for hours. Another week went by and I tried to make contact again waited almost 3 hours to talk to someone that informed me his team leader will contact me” team leaders name was John if that’s any help”. He never made contact with me, this week I went through the same thing this time I am being told that there is a technical problem but they will escalate it to a team leader. Today I get a email telling me that I need to reapply for the credit card because off " technical problems" my thing is I applied for a credit card and got approved, why can’t you just sort out the problem and send me my card. Also nobody takes the time to contact me. On my FNB app the virtual credit card is already there and only needs to be activated. The most frustrating thing is that every time I contact them I have to explain everything over and then I just get cut off
Bolt is horrible I drive for them and they do not care about there drivers and passengers well being, if you a passenger or a driver try to avoid because your life will always be in danger
I recently returned back to SA with my Russian wife and 1 year old baby who are here in South Africa for the first time, a friend recommended that I buy a children's book at Makro that is good for 1 year old babies. So we decided to go to Makro in Ottery where I was greeted with disrespect, threats and humiliation in front of my wife, child and a entire store by the ladies at the Customer service desk. So at Makro if you want to buy anything you need to have a Makro card which I did not know so I went to the ladies at customer service to get one, they gave me a form and told me fill it out, after I did that I gave it back to the lady and I could hear they were talking about me while they were looking at the form I filled out, I did not pay attention to the gossip and waited for the card, soon after the lady asks me what is your surname and politely reply it's on the form which she reply back and says yes I can see but I'm asking you what it is, so I tell her what my surname is and she types away while looking and gossiping on about me like I am not there, after that she gives me a card and I see that they got my surname wrong, I then tell her this is wrong and she reply to me this is normally how you spell this surname and I did ask you to spell it, so I told her you did not ask me to spell it but I will gladly spell it for you at this point the lady next to her tells me do you know who you talking to, she is older than you and you disrespecting her. At this point I am getting worked up because not only are you gossiping about me you now also accusing me of something that I am not doing. So myself and the lady that is telling me I am disrespectful gets into a argument and she decides to tell me that I must not speak to her like that I must go speak to my Child and Mom like that at this point I'm ****ed off because now you talking about my Mom and my Child and I raised my voice a bit in this argument and she threatens me with security that will kick me out of this shop and I replied to her and said get the security, at this point the manager on duty stepped in and told her to relax and stop going on but she just ignored this gentleman and continued to argue with me, the manager then pulled me aside and apologized and ask me to explain what happened and as I explained what happened this lady is still going on and not even listening to her manager who told her more than once to back off. This is all for 1 book that I went to go buy for my child. my wife was shocked and scared as she is not use to this kind of behavior from staff. I just want to say thank you to Markro Ottery customer service for a hardy welcome back into the country I will most definitely not be shopping or recommend anyone to shop at the Ottery Makro.
