Ever since I joined Lipco the the service I've recieved has always been top notch just yesterday I had an incident after working hours I called lipco 24 hours line I spoke to Amo who didn't hesitate to advice and also assigned a lawyer instantly on stand by to post bail should I be arrested, she kept calling to check if everything was ok. Luckily things were resolved without a case. Thank you Amo for your dedication towards clients
Avbob is opening policy without our knowledge it's for the second time I see them appearing on my pay slip first time I asked who opened it since they've been doing investigation since 2022 and now is a repeat. Stop this
I went in to the branch in lenasia to collect my card which I've waited for 3 weeks no notification but that's not the issue, there was a lady who can't speak English very much, the lady consultant who was assisting her of which she was literally forced to help her was making fun of her making comments like mayb is your mother who stole your money instead of helping the customer, so I became an interpreter for both as I was getting annoyed by how she treats this poor lady just because of how she looks. A lil while while I was talking to the lady who was there to try and get card replacement the consultant didn't want to make her the card because she claimed. She needs to pay first for the card replacement but I do know the Bank does replace card and they will deduct it later when there are funds. Ok I discovered that the poor lady has been in the bank since the early hours in the morning and that time was around 14:30 in the afternoon. That broke my heart I asked her why wasn't she helped she said they were making me move from 1 point to another without getting help on any station I asked her to sho me the person who was doing that, unfortunately it was lunch time so inside was only about 4-5 consultants, I'm writing this because humanity and equal level of service is important to any client weather they look rich or poor. Absa in lenasia lacks humanity and they lack respect the guy who helped me at the door could speak Zulu I don't understand why he couldn't assist the lady with patience and try get her issue resolved in time.
I bought a car they posted on auto trader online due to the fact I was not around. It was delivered to my wife. So when I came back the windscreen had a chip near the sensor which resulted to a crack as my wife don't like manual car 2nd no manual I mean how can a 2021 car not have service book 3 they marked scratches with pain Bruch there are a lot of things they hide so when u buy from them be sure to check I even suspect it was in an accident. When I spoke to them they said the car don't have warranty
I bought a flat in Bloemfontein last year 2013 between February and March the firm that was chosen to assist with bond transfer and all necessary things that the bond attorneys must do, I made their payment in full, I'm still not the owner of the property the attorney who was helping me at first, is no longer working there. They don't communicate unless I call they don't get back to emails and calls I write and call but they do nothing their stories don't add up. I'm now even frustrated because I don't see why they are taking this long I have 3 friends who bought houses after me in less than 3-5 months they had moved in.
I bought 5g wifi on the 20th March 2023 but it never worked tried to contact the costumer care spoke to Amanda who refused to assist cos I used my partners phone then called again spoke to another consultant who promised to call me back on my number but still waited. It's sad that I am paying for unserviceable device and service. I've seen bad service but rain client service is ***********.
I spoke to Mpho Mukwevho what a service I got he is a good communicater and very patient with clients also big up to the brands telecom it has improved it took less than 5 minutes for my call to go through I'm happy
I've never been to such a poor customer service kfc than this one at renbro in hammanskraal first the made me stop on a drive thru when I asked why they said I will bump on other cars yet there were no cars in front of me. And is not the first time they provide poor service. Actually I think it's because they are the only KFC near by such behavior is unacceptable really

They're service is very poor, I've contacted 3 times already but I was put on hold for more than 2hours and I also send an email no clear respond.
