I placed an order on Monday 02/06/2025 for pans. The delivery would be due on the 6th. I then got an email that my parcel is out on the 5th. The driver called me after 16:30, although I had knocked off. I waited less that 5 minutes and my things were delivered. I am very happy with my purchase and the delivery.
I placed and order and received my items 3 days later. Since this was a birthday gift, we realised that the shoes were big and requested a return. The items were collected on the same day by DPD and sent back to PUMA. 4 days later they authorized a refund and I got it 2 days later in my account. I have often read people's bad experiences with PUMA, but I have nothing bad to say.
I love ordering online and most of my parcels come through DPD. I have never had an issue and I get my parcels before or on the days promised. Maybe I'm just the lucky one.
I was on Access and I make payments every month not debit orders. When payments were made and there was extra money they decided to upgrade my package to Premium without my consent. I didn't pay month end and my services were disconnected. I downgraded and how trying to pay I'm told I have an outstanding balance of more than R200. I should not have an outstanding balance as I was making the payment via transfer. Multichoice is a ***** and they're forcing us to pay even when we didn't authorize an upgrade. Somebody better fix this or else I'm closing the damn account.
I ordered on Ackermans online for the 3rd time and I selected click and collect. I then sent my son to collect for me like I always do. The lady who was helping him opened my package to " check" if the contents were correct. It's not the first time sending him to collect, I don't understand why now my package had to be opened. Please make sure this does not happen again. This was Ackermans Palmridge.
I sent a request to add my mother and brother to my funeral cover. I then sent their details with IDs as requested on the 29th April. Since then, nothing has been done and I've sent follow up emails on the 4th June and 15th June. No one is willing to acknowledge my emails or do anything about them. This is really disappointing service from Absa.
I had a data contract with Cell C ending Nov 2023 and was looking into getting a new phone in September. The agent assisting me told me the new contract would only take effect in December after the data contract had expired. I got my last data on the 1st and on the 12th, the new contract came into effect. All my data for the month was gone and I was given 2 gb on the new contract. I called in and was told unfortunately that's how it is and they can't help me but I'll still be billed for the whole month! I only used that data until the 11th and it's now gone but I'll be billed for the whole 50gb? No one is willing to help me or give a resolution! Agents lie when looking to make a sale!!!!
Dischem online is always a pleasure to deal with. The delivery fee is only R35 and I always get my deliveries the next day. I'm inlove with their Wonga Wednesday specials.
I'm happy with my Fila online purchase. Ordered and received my parcel in 2 days and the quality of my clothes is out of this world.
I placed an order on the morning of the 1st and selected delivery on the same day between 2pm and 4pm. I have called, emailed, everything and no one is giving me proper feedback. I need to know where and when will I get my order. Number 0026311136.
