I am awaiting a refund of R1233 from One Stop Travel and Tours Gateway (Consultant: Leticia Davids) for an airport to hotel transfer that was paid in advance but was never fulfilled by the company. Sun International debited my credit card twice for one night booking and only wants to refund the amount in 7 to 14 working days. This is disgusting service from Sun International. It was easy for them to debit my credit card twice but it is hard for them to return the money to my credit card. The booking reference to be refunded to my credit card is EZXLPDF. Standard Bank Insurance has not resolved an urgent property/building insurance claim that was valid as stated telephonically by their employee Refilwe while today another employee stated that the claim is in the hands of internal assessors. When we entered Mugg and Bean Pavillion today for my mothers birthday, we expected great customer service. However, we were provided with salad that had no feta, eggs that were not well done (even though we requested well done eggs) and the waiter/supervisor took the decision to provide brown bread even though we requested white bread. They did not even ask us. They had so much items out of stock and when asked about it, the supervisor was very unprofessional and even began laughing. They also did not provide a biscuit with the cappucino. We were truly disgusted by this service as we are loyal customers of M & B Pavillion. Kindly resolve urgently.
Our car was returned from Mercedes Benz Pinetown with a broken part (this part was never broken). Now, Mercedes Benz Pinetown does not want to resolve the issue and continues to lie that they do not have the part. Dear Sir/Mam I was very disappointed with the service at Woolworths Cafe Pavillion today. I had ordered scones with cream and the waiter did not inform me that there was no cream. Our scones were completely cold when they were served and was also hard in certain sections of the scone. I do not expect such service from Woolworths. The tea was also cold. The manager on duty was completely unhelpful as well. Her name was Zamo. Kindly resolve urgently.
