I am having a hard time getting to Budget to cancel the insurance. I am not happy for the premium and they just increased it with no warning and advising why they are increasing it
My Mom is having trouble getting assistance from the Telkom Contact Centre. She app**** for the Double deal for iPhone 13. And only one was delivered. we are still waiting for the second one and no one is responding. if come month end if she gets debited for both the phones, there will be a problem.

I have a very big problem that has been ongoing with MTN for years now, I took a month-to-month contract and requested to cancel it. I am unable to cancel and now I am getting messages about making payments when I requested to have it cancelled a long time ago, I have sent numerous emails to Gateway MTN branch, and no one has cared to be assisted.
I am honestly having a bad time trying to stop Clicks Gateway from debuting my medical aid
I would be doing a hug injustice if I don't report MTN Gateway and Pavilion stores in KZN. The service I received from Pavilion, there isn't even a correct word to use, I am beyond angry and never ever using MTN Pavilion ever again, Wed 20th April 2022. went into Gateway Mtn next to Woolies for that Month to month deal and they said they don't do it, the other store does next to CNA. fine was in a hurry so I left and went to Pavilion. Pavilion they said I need a pay slip for that deal, mind you its 6pm now. where the flip was I going to get my pay slip. then next day went to Gateway, and t my surprise you don't need a pay slip and kind gentleman assisted but only after I asked for the managers email. I am planning o telling anyone who listens the bad service I receved from MTN Pavilion
Hi. Cartrack called me and offered a deal. The agent said they running a promotion for Youth Month and the deal was 150 with free installation and the access to the app. After installation I find out that the app is not included in my packaged. They needed to be up front from the get go. I want the service cancelled. Worse they gave me an incorrect email on Twitter. My emails are bouncing back and no one has bothered to call me back as I have requested on their dm.
Rain just billed me in July for a SIM card I cancelled in May and paid for in May 25. And they response is that the bill is billed in arrears. Like how when you pay for each month
Hi. I literally had one of the worse experience at butcher block Florida road. First there was a mishap of waiter. Which delayed our orders. Then when our actual waiter comes and we order. The caijan ceaser salad didn’t have everything that was listed in the menu. Then we order desert and we had to eat dessert with a wooden fork. The waiters tell us after that they are missing cutlery. There is only one 1 hot chocolate cup in the whole store. Just one ☝️. Unbelievable. I might be one person but I’ll sure spread the word the kind of service. I’m sure never returning again. 1 cup for the whole store. You had to wait for another person to finish they got chocolate before you can get yours
