On the 2nd of January i placed an online order for a bed..Till date i have not received any feedback from them but the order shows as a completed order that i have received it...yet nothing The whatssap chatbox people are rude and the contact number either doesnt go through or they hang up on you. I need assistance with my order or please give me my refund ASAP
RAM!!! May i please have my delivery already.. You guys say 3-5 working days yet its all lies I spoke to a lady on the 26th where as i made my order on the 24th and she stated where my order was is too far from my home address.. I then changed it to my work address and since then ive been hearing different stories. The lies we hear from your consultants are exhausting and im tired. I want my order please!!
The worst experience with this company. My delivery was for friday which lead to monday and now when i call in its for Tuesday It was sent back for no apparent reason without letting me know. They cannot provide time for me which is so poor because they know i wont get my delivery as expected. I am so angry because i really need my phone and already i experienced horrible service from my insurance and now the courier is also giving me the same This is so poor and yet you are paid on time without fail but cannot deliver when expected I will never in my life use this company The reviews already speak for themselves!!
I have the worst experience with santam currently I have a contract with mtn and recently lost my device It has been 6 days with no response from santam I call every morning with nothing being done for my claim Past two days they are saying that they allocated my payment and sending it to the payments department The logo they have tby saying 3-5 working days is a lie I have never been so furious No calls you and all the know is to put yoh on hold Why have insurance on a phone yet the insurance cant deliver But when they debit my account there has never been issues!!
So today morning I received a call from some lady because they saw my review She was firstly very rude Didn’t want to hear the full story And just told me what she wanted I’m so upset with Vox It is a **** and the people who work there are very selfish The lady Marlene that I spoke to..after changing my account details because I was tired of my account being messed around with said to me they have cancelled my account now So I asked her how do you cancel someone’s account with notifying them firstly and with any other network I know that to cancel a subscription I must opt for that not the other way around After the run around she said no its fine she spoke to the cancellation team to take it out and I must pay for the two months behind I did that and for one week my fibre was working after that I paid again another 400 and this is for the new month but till today my fibre has not been activated Instead now they have handed me over for R2700 I’m handing Vox telecoms over as well I’m tired of their inconsistency and ripping me off from my kids money They are the worst to ever deal with DONT DONT DONT EVER GET YOUR FIBRE WITH THEM!!! I have posted them on ever social media spectrum I’m on and I will do it everyday until my issue is resolved!! Because I live in Soweto doesn’t mean I’m not educate*****n’t take people who live in Soweto for a ride
I was sold a fibre deal by one of the sales agents and only to find out they will de***** me into getting me into the highest package that they have..I was sold a month to month contract for 299 with Vodacom and now I was debited 600.. I have never received a Debi check mandate with Vodacom firstly but they managed to access my account and to debit me. I need Vodacom to rectify this immediately or to cancel this contract with immediate effect for I get the law into this. How does one take my details and without Vodacom calling me to go through the contract with me for once and just put in amounts I never asked for That is pure *****!!! I will write a review everyday about Vodacom until I get help with my issue!! Put a stop to this!!!!
Vox telecoms is the worst network provider ever…since I’ve been with them I’ve never been happy. Firstly their debit order days never go off and because of that they will charge you 400 rands extra because of their mistake Secondly I’ve been asking for answers on why my debit does go through but all other accounts can debit on a specific day but till today no one has called or assisted me. Now I’m being told about large amounts that I need to pay with their cancellation fee yes I never even cancelled the provider..their cancellation fee is about 2000 rands also which is a ******* considered other brands don’t even charge up to a 1000 I regret ever taking up their network because they just rip people off that’s all they do..I give them a rating of zero zero
I recently weny to a dischem at the glen mall and i just had the worst experince ever!!!! Sept 4th i submitted my birth control script to their pharmacy and with my next visit the script has been lost and no where to be found.. I was given an emergency box but yet i was told they will call my doctor for confirmation that i had a script and they will take it from there.. My doctor called me this morning only to tell me it was a hand written script so now i have to pay for a new one since dischem lost mine in their systems im appaulled at their service and i just cant belive their treatment afterwards I was called crazy and all sorts of things..Dillusional to be exact!! If this is how Dischem operates then i gladly will never step foot there.. I hope this also warns people about keeping their slips since dischem cannot file things prperly in their systems. I can only imagine if this was a life or death script that they lost.. Never again lesson learnt!
Is it the norm now that banks do a credit enquiry against your credit profile when you have not applied for any of their product offerings but for their sales opportunities? I am baffled to now see on my Clear Score profile By Experian reporting that SBSA LOAN 2 did a credit enquiry against my profile on the 2nd November 2021, which has now impacted my profile 9 points down and i had not applied for any of their product offerings during that time. No consent was given, is this even legal?
I worked on on orshaircare in edenvale for a makeup promotion they had for their year end function. It has passed over a week without my payment and was told that they made a payment with an unknown agency i was with.I worked with a friend of mine and when i ask her about the payment she said also she didnt receive it.im lost for words and in shock that a big brand like this would operate in this manner.i would still like my funds because its money i worked hard for.
