I went to the your garage to fuel diesel in my car & was horrified upon payment that some POS card machine cannot punch in manually my Pick & Pay card number which I had to earn points and was told by Petrol Attendant this cannot be done - shocking attitude. I then went into your store at this Garage to buy ice & was told the same until I was further assisted by the Senior manager at the store in which he manually captured my Pick and Pay number to earn points which went through successfully. My experience at your Garage was of most utmost dissatisfaction, due to the lack of experience by your garage attendants and once again means that Senior Managers needs to get involved to somehow rectify issues like this, however that also sometimes does not work which in my case I lost out points to fuel my vehicle.
I app**** for a new data only contract with MTN and after completion of this application several times and due to the continuous issues with their system/s and back and forth between many departments, I finally got a contract with MTN. This package was handed over to DSV Couriers to deliver this package to me. I was then contracted by them after several attempts to get hold of them was told that Verification documents needs to be taken from myself to their warehouse for scanning and documents as follows below. 1. ID Document 2. Proof of residence 3. 3 month bank statemements. This is the first time that has ever been asked of me for delivery of a telecommunication package and I am extremely disappointed in the way this matter has been handled.

I had quite an experiencing been a customer of Telkom for a number of years in which i started getting billed for additional items on my invoice since April 2024 due to their system migration which was not requested. After numerous amount of call, & been transferred from department to department I decided to cancel my service with telkom and move over to a different ISP, and was then told that my Fibre service will take almost 30 days to cancel successfully in order for my new ISP to take ownership over these services which for me is way to long just by clicking a button and then when asked for myself to speak to a senior manager or supervisor your agents refuse to do that & kept been told that they are busy, always in a meeting and these request never are escalated to them to resolve.
Bad experience encountered today on your cruise in which we booked & fully paid for however the distance from the paying station to the boat was distance with a child been carried to the boat to the disappointment to see the boat leaving without their guest/s been on the list after paid for this cruise in full. A refund was provided however I am utterly disappointed in the service as no communication was even radio'd to the boat that left that there was passengers still on the way to the boat.
Been supporting KFC business for such a long time, however today 12/08/2022 I experienced such a poor lack of service, firstly has to repeat my order several times to the person taking my order & then despite that the order was still incorrect, over and above both the KFC fillet pieces was not cooked and not prepared well. This is so utterly disappointing from this business that keeps providing these type of poor services to their supporting & loyal customer/s.
CHECKERS EMPORIUM (CONSTANTIA) Please can you ensure that all your POS machines are equipped to deal with all type of bank cards to ensure that the tap system works. This is now the second time I had to deal with this issue where the tap system does not work on some of your POS machines which really in this time of day due to Health and Safety is unacceptable.
Still waiting for refund since 10 December 2019 and have emailed and called several times but have not gotten any response and they have my banking details to refund on boxes that were not used. Very bad and disappointing client service and will never used this company again for removal of any items.
