Very happy with the service and very efficient and fluent.
My Aunt gifted me with a pair of ankle boots from Woolworths. they are not that old they still have part of the tag underneath the shoe Yet the shoe is already disintegrating and it looks super embarrassing. I emailed the complaints with pictures of what it looks like and have not gotten a response. Woolworths claims to have quality but that is the complete opposite.
Been a year since I had my new car. First car was with mfc always got my statements got my new car year ago and they captured my email address wrong. They keep telling me they updating my email because some thick person can see my name Is Kimberlee but puts my email as imberlee now I dont get statements anymore and when I ask them to rectify it they promise it's been updated. Still to this day dealing with a bunch of clowns in a circus. For MFC thats very poor. What does one do to get your details to be fixed and to receive statements? Join the circus ?
Never in my life have I struggled to close a bank account with FNB. Been nearly a month of hitting dead ends with FNB stalling and taking their time to close this account. I requested account closure got a REF of REF:20230209_143504891 and everytime I query they tell me they can't see that it was logged for account closure. What a useless bunch. I enjoyed FNB but no wonder people are diverting to Capitec. I suppose I thought I was doing the right thing to close it now I will just let in go inactive and they can block it themselves because I am not stupid who wouldn't stall the process of closing and losing a client. Email the mybranch and the TAT is absolutely ridiculous. Stay away from FNB.
Shocking service from Cartrack, Had a tracker with cartrack since march this year been faulty ever since, given them the chance to repair it recently, made my car stone dead on a brand new battery. Now cartrack is holding me liable for R2600 for been forced out of the contract for the sake of saving my BMW which they don't understand the severity of bmw computer boxes, water pumps and battery costs. And the manager of east london needs an attitude check.
Absolutely amazing chatting and finalizing my documents with miway. Been with miway since 2018 and when I got my new car I finally got them to give me what I can afford all thanx to Gordon and Motheo MA. The way Gordon spoke to me and handled everything and just came through for me and made me still want to be with miway and no other insurance!! He is brilliant at what he does and how he speaks. Honestly can't believe it I'm just super happy that I'm back with miway and that's MY insurance ❤️ All thanx to Gordon and his manager. keep up the good work guys. Not everything is a complaint but a compliment.
Bought my BMW F30 from Car connexion in East London 4 Weeks ago. Had the car for 4 days and took it back as it had a gearbox oil leak. The mechanic that day told us he is not familiar with BMW's. So he already decided he is not working on it then and there. So they sub contracted the car to BMW then from there to EC turbos which stood there for a week. Then from there subcontracted it to Mayfair gearbox who didn't even have a look at the car and diagnosed the completely wrong! Even wanted to fiddle with he engine.(third week without my car due to incompetence all round.) yesterday the 6th of April they were on their way to drop off the car and something went wrong took the car back to their own workshop. Today I ask what's the next step to be told I won't have the car by the weekend the 4th weekend without my car. Who in their right mind would be ok without their car going on the 4th week? You would think after so long the car would be number one priority! I am on anxiety medication and booked off for the rest of the week because these people are going round in circles. They actually don't realize or couldn't care how I feel. Keep offering me to cancel the deal which is serious lly ridiculous and NOT an option. I emailed MFC today to deal with this nonsense as I don't know what else to do I was patient for so long but I've reached the end. I cannot understand how you have a workshop but subcontract the car to 100 different places. 4 weeks without my car? How is that even possible. It's heartbreaking. Not good service at all.
I sent my phone into be repaired at the cell c branch in beacon bay in october. Cell C uses RAM couriers. Beacon Bay cell c closed down end of october and it CLEARLY states please redirect all parcels to vincent cell c branch. What did RAM go and do send by parcel right back to where it came from in JHB warehouse. Now my phone has gone missing and cell c cannot pick it up or there is 100 stories as to where my phone is. what an inconvenience simply because ram couldn't do their job properly. Who must sort this out now?
In Mid November I claimed insurance on my device from the Beacon Bay Cell C branch in East London. Semt the phone in no problems. Paid the levy which was requested. They dispatched the phone early december back to the branch it was received. Using RAM couriers. Only to find out the Cell C branch in beacon bay has closed down in October. Ram couriers did not even read that all parcels should be redirected to the Vincent Branch.Instead sent the phone back to JHB warehouse. Now everytime I call Cell C nobody knows where my phone is. Now my phone is missing and I am paying monthly for my device which I do not have! Pathetic truly. All I want is my phone back yet cant even get that right.
