I contacted the school to request for application forms for grade R admission in July before applications were close. The admin lady sent it to me and filled the forms and told her that I will hand deliever the supporting documents. On the 27th of July I sent my mother to deliever the documents to the school and because they were original copies. They did copies and give my mother originals. I was still talking to the admin lady even when my mother drop of the copies because I needed her to resend the copies so that l may also have copies on my side. On the 2nd of October i called the school to check how far is my application process because I was worried that i haven't got any feedback from the school. When I call the lady was soooo rude claiming that I did not apply because the are no documents of my daughter's applications at the school. And she will put me on their waiting list. With my heart so broken and confused. I went to their facebook page to complain about it and they delete my complaint. I felt so disrespected and undermined Because why would I go through so much trouble to follow up on the application that I did not do?
I don't think they deserve even that 1 star. This company has a worse service ever and when i look at the reviews no one even care to answer to our complaint. They have worse sizes ever and when you want to return their stuff they dont want to refund you as if it is your fault that their clothes are not true to sizes. Am so mad at how they even ignore your emails when you start stating facts. I don't see any change or improvement after so many complaint from this platform.
The services was good and great client experience. However the product was different from what was displayed on the website. The hair is light. The color is different and the hair is falling yet they call it virgn hair. The product is totally not what i ordered and totally not buying from the store again bcz first impression last.
I complained about the nurse who refused to render my dad service at the clinic in march 2022. When the nurse realized i laid a complaint agains her and the seriousness of the case. She went to the police station to open a case for me falsely accusing me of assulting her. Before i could appear in court i send SANC an email, calling for help from them because now my father was denied service and again the nurse opened a case against me of something i didnt do. The sent me an email to tell me that they are looking at that case and are waiting for court's decision. After my trial in court of which i was found guilty of something i didn't do. They called and told me that we are going to meet in pretoria to solve the case which was in 2023 and they will send further details. Till today i haven't got any communication from them. I am having a ******** record of something i didn't do and i lost my father in 2022. My case has been abunden like that. I am in the dark and hopeless.
Standard bank will put you in financial pressure unaware so. Firstly they dont ask about your payment interest rates options. because they know they will always benefits from variable interest rates when you finally realize things are heating up for you they give you options to fix your interest rate for time being knowing that by the time your term expires the installment will go high. I spoke with an agent called annista if she ever gave me her right name, she was so rude to me and gave me the worst client service. I am not surprised why they have so much repossessed houses. Its because they want you to buy a house and take it away from you atter losing so much money.
Am soooo angry and ****ed, went to rage boitekong to pay my sister's account on the 28th, when i get there the POS machine is not working or rather was giving a problem. I swiped my card twice and the other transaction was declined then the other one was successful, today while at work it shows 300 going off my bank account and i went to the store they told me that customer care says they cant see it, i myself took an initiative to call them by myself where i spoke with lady called ntombi who insisted that they want to talk to the clothing account holder, i mean how is the account holder relevant to this because money went off my bank account not rage account. Mind you i have to take out my daughter's lay-buy with that money. Am so angry am even planning to go to ombudsman i cant tolerate such treatment with my money.
As someone who is working at financial institution and knows the regulations of certain things, m very disappointed in finding out that they chose variable payment method to pay my bond, the installment is going up every month. I made a point to call their help desk to be assisted i think 2 months ago, they told me an agent will call me to discuss this but no one has ever called.
I paid online R450 for day visit. I am here waiting because they are saying my tickets doesn't show links and now am waiting for morethan 45 minutes.. ****ed and angry because my time is being wasted and no one is assisting me. By the time am being assisted the time wouldn't be enough for me to enjoy the money i paid for. M sick with this service....
I had a bad experience with vodacom again, i was doing data advance of 500+500 free datas and instead i was advance with R6 data n i called to find out what could be a reason n i was assisted by some rude agent called Sharon. I cannot have a worst experience like this now i owe airtime of data i didn't get...
I just bought 1gb data from vodacom it didn't even last for 2hours i didn't stream any movies nor download any i was just on facebook, ai noooo vodacom is robbing people geez! I hate this network, i wish i couls just cancel my contract with it
