Nimble Group deducted a hefty amount out of my bank account without my consent. The agreement was a set amount every month but they decided to take way more than what was agreed on. I had no warning prior to the deduction and when I requested a refund they are now giving me the runaround and going back and forth. Whenever I ask for an update I always get told that my matter was escalated but with no real feedback, eventually when I heard back from them I was told that it takes up to 3 weeks which was never stipulated from the beginning. Horrible service!
I had the worst experience with an uber driver 2 days ago. The driver's name was Liberty and this was the second time I drove with him and he had the same horrid attitude as before. As he picked myself and my sister up and slowly started driving away from our house I asked him if I could quickly drop something back at home. He questioned me as to why I was asking that and when I explained that I had forgotten to leave the item at home he asked why I was asking when he had already started driving. We had not even reached the bottom of the street yet, I would've understood if we were out of the area completely but we were literally outside my neighbor's house. When I saw his facial expression I asked if it's a problem for him and he said yes and that we should get out of his car which I then did. It is because of drivers like him that uber will lose customers, he had the worst attitude, I was utterly disgusted and will always think twice before having to use Uber.
Why does Uber hardly ever have available drivers? It's such an inconvenience especially if you rely on them for transport. but the majority of the time, on the app it requests a ride until it eventually says that there aren't any drivers available. They are there for those times when one does not have transport but how can you rely on them if they aren't providing the service they are supposed to be known for?? I don't understand it. You always need to have a plan B and can't really trust that Uber will be there when you need them.
I had the worst experience with Eagle Liner. The first time I made use of their services, someone got sick on the bus and they took their time cleaning the mess. My bag also got stolen which resulted in my running after the guy who stole it. The second time which was my most recent experience we had to swap busses which caused the first delay, hardly anyone wore their mask on the bus. The driver was speeding, the bus broke down during the night and we stood in a deserted area on the road in the middle of the night, which put us all the passengers in danger and on top of that taxi drivers were protesting at that hour. Shortly after the bus started moving again, it started smoking and everyone started panicking because they thought something was seriously wrong. The bus was not road-worthy which I did not understand because it's a long-distance bus so the fact that it broke down was beyond me. The bus did not stop at regular intervals was also an inconvenience. All in all the trip was just a horrible experience and I will not be using this bus service, I will not recommend them to anyone either.
My mom received the best care at this hospital. She was sent to Brackengate Hospital after being diagnosed with COVID-19 pneumonia. The doctors were great especially Dr. De Bruyn who she could not speak enough about. All the staff was always friendly, patient, and helpful, and genuinely cared about the wellbeing of the patients. She was only there for 3 days but said because of the great service and care she received, she wished she could've stayed longer.
I have unsubscribed from Pnet a few months ago, however, every day I still get an overload of emails from them. Most of the jobs they send me are jobs that aren't even applicable to me, and the complete opposite to what I initially created a job alert for. It's frustrating having to delete all these emails every day to get to my other emails that are actually important.
I was disgusted with the service I got from Dr. Majiet's receptionist. Not only did she shout at me twice when I asked her a simple question, but after I left I heard her discussing my condition to the people in the waiting room, which is supposed to be doctor, patient confidentiality. I will never go back there again and will not recommend Dr. Majiet to anyone else, and all because of the receptionist, who is supposed to be the face of a company. #WIN
Clicks Longbeach Mall never answers their phones and this has happened on more than one occasion. I wanted to be put through to the receiving, however, the phone just kept running until it eventually switched off. I tried the other departments as well but the same thing happened. #WIN

Firstly my Fiance' and his mother took a Bolt ride on Sunday 27 June in Midrand and caused an accident. Not once did he apologize for the traumatic experience he put them through but just carried on as usual. I was disgusted to hear what had happened, secondly, I ordered a Bolt online without using the app. The amount came to R23, however when I got to my destination the price changed to R64 which I did not budget for. When I emailed and asked for a refund they said they were unable to do so. I am disgusted and so disappointed in their terrible service.
