The worst experience ive ever had with a tracking company. The installed my device but deactivated central locking and my dashboard is blank. Ive escalated it multiple times, they keep saying they'll send a technician but nothing. Its been 2 weeks now
Id remove that 1 star if I could... Thats how unhappy I am with this useless supplier. Placed an order a week ago... No confirmation of purchase email.. No response on all social media platforms. Worse service ever
Cell C is the pits! How many times do I need to call in to have their billing issue dispuited. They call and offer you a contract then choose not to tell you the terms and conditions. Someone please provide me with the number for the ombudsman!
I requested a refund from Greyhound 2 months before my trip. I agreed on the cancelation fee, Trip was scheduled for Octover 25th. It's now the 25th of November and I still haven't received it. Even though I was told tge refund will be paid into my account by the 1st of November LATEST. Tried calling in multiple times but Im unable to get ahold of a manager or team leader
Worse experience ever. 2 months ago a friend and I called in requesting a refund. We were told to send an email to refunds@greyhound.co.za then get told months later that no one actually mans that line. What's supposed to happen? Spoke to Kyle McPherson multiple times over email all we keep getting back is "waiting for my manager" who has either knocked off or too busy to attend to us. R6 000 is a lot of money!
Not Cell C debiting X4 the amount agreed upon!!!!!! A sales consultant called me and offered me a cell phone contract which i declined, she then went on to offer me a data contract. She had said I'd be paying R400 For 200G night and 200G anytime data. The first month wasn't debited, but i was double debited the second month. We now on the third month and they've taken R2000 from my account. Ofcourse i can't reverse it because it's A debicheck debit order! I want my money back! Stop lying to customers just to make sales!
Bought the Nova 9 in December 2021, as per what was advertised i was supposed to receive free lace earphones. I was told by the consultant that i was "unlucky" and they didn't have any free stuff to give away. I have 2 colleagues that bought the exact same phone but were "lucky" enough to receive the earphones. Please explain to me how that works
Last year I was offered a special on the explorer decoder and compact package on black friday. The offer I took up was R500 a month. I kept being billed R793 for a second decoder I didnt ask for and didnt receive. In March I wrote another review about my billing after countless calls to the call centre, numerous live chats I've had with consultants and an attempt to get help on social media. Non of which worked. I noticed a week ago my bill on the app was decreased to R534 but demand a refund for the months I was incorrectly billed.
I have complained multiple times to multichoice about bring over charged. When I opted to take the R500 black friday special last year December I didnt know it would cause me so much stress. An agent doubled my application and I had 2 decoders delivered to my door. Ofcourse the second one i sent back because there was no need for it, since January I've been paying for both. Spoke to a lady that assisted with this dispute in March, she passed credits on my account to make up for the extra amounts I've been paying. I assumed my issue was resolved. To my surprise a month later I was being billed R793 again. Stil no resolution.
I dont even know where to begin, this is the third time complaining about the same thing, it was rectified for a month then went right back to being over charged. On black friday last year I entered a contract with multichoice for R500 but they've been deducting R798 ever since. Spoken to multiple consultants that have no clue how to deal with customers.
