This people called talking about mtn li e was bad and i waiting on a call from mtn they signed me up with god knows what trying to call them to cancel but no luck lady keep saying someone will phone me and no call back

Another poor service with cellc, Disappointing
It is sad that I always have to run to hello Peter before I get actual service,so I lost my phone last night phoned In to report it and blacklist it so I can get a police report for insurance I got disconnected with 3 different people I'm still waiting on my REFERENCE number for the blacklisted phone to open a police report,I'm really desperate as I need my phone for work,and I pray after I get the number and case number I won't have any issues with cellc insurance

Cell c taking money without my permission and not on the agreed date
Cell c taking money out of my account twice without my permission and not the date we agreed to,my account was debited the 31st of Jan and now the 10th of Feb,last we i got a sma saying they will debit the 10th i phoned in to ask what is this about as payment already went of the lady told me to ignore the sms debit is for end of feb yet this morning it was debited,i want that funds reversed today still because i paid and this was not the agreement or il report them to NCA.

Bunch of ******,alway taking money from my account from R200 up to R500 and when u phone they have some poor excuses you just never win,the secure chat on the app its a freaken waste of time keep telling you i will be with you shortly i have been waiting for days and u can end it to chat to someone else,im closing this account had about enough of this l,who has R100s to throw away

Bad service no help at all
Been struggling with my streamer that only shows 3 channels no-one watches,ive done a live chat and give me some low excuse and i need to submit copy of my id,but the link doesn't even work,the more i tell this person the link doesn't work the more they keep sending the useless link and still im stucked with no streamer,DSTV u lost alot on customers this far im next

Month to month fights.cell c poooooor!
Every month a fight about account being overdue even when i have proof of payment,now its being said its allocated to the other contract thats up to date and need to pay again,makes no freaken sense
