I received a call from fast way couriers this morning 25/06/2025, with regards to my package that needed to be delivered.The conversation started good, but took a turn for the worst. The agent said he wanted to confirm the delivery address as there is only a street name on, so I provided the company name, he then took me on and I say that because he had a bad attitude , how can I not provide them with the correct address, so I told him that I did provide the correct details and that he must first get his facts in order before taking me on and then I got a arrogant response saying I must not talk to him like his a stupid person so I put the phone down. So when I tried to contact Fastway Couriers, I get an automated response where I have to put in my details etc. Then I got a response: very rude fail to give me adress. I have the drivers name and the phone recording, so I am VERY disappointed that they can speak to you in this manner especially if they were the ones that started to be rude and arrogant. I wil l not make use of them again and I will advise everyone against them.

Roman's pizza new market is not worth going to. We have ordered a few times for the company and it was big orders, so we order 1 or 2 days in advance. We tell them collection will be at 12h00 then when we get there the order is not ready. we have to wait at least 30-45 minutes.
On Friday 27 September 2024, my husband phoned The Plumbers to provide him with a quote on installing tubes for the geysor. On their website, they clearly state that they do not charge a call out fee nor a quote fee (which in the meantime has been removed, however I have a photo to back myself). Upon arrival the plumber had a look and made a 'thumbsuck' quote of R11000, then my husband said it is to high and the plumber phoned his office and the amount came down to R7800. My husband then asked for them to send the quote via email or whatsapp so we can have a look at finances and discuss it but they refused. Then the plumber asked my husband to pay R950. We then phoned the office and they told us that rate is for an hour's labour. Yet no labour was done so my husband refused to pay that rate and asked the plumber to leave our premises. The plumber refused to leave and said his office must tell him when to leave, so my husband phoned the office and they also refused for the plumber to leave our premises.My husband then phoned our security company to come and remove the plumber, however on the way, the plumber decided to leave. It seems like this company wants to force people to accept their thumbsuck quote and if you do not want to, they want to charge you for an hour's labour which never happened. I find this very unprofessional and quite unacceptable.
I purchased products online, which was very nice and the time from purchase to collection was very quick. However, when I arrived at the store (Clicks Brackenhurst), there were no queue at the normal tellers and no queue at the collection counter. I went straight to the collection counter and stood there, 2 gents were working at the normal tellers and they saw me standing there and ignored me. After a few minutes people started to queue by the normal tellers and the gents looked at me at continued to assist the other people. I walked out. I still do not have my parcel. This is very bad and unprofessional service. I do not feel like going back. Clicks can make a plan to deliver my goods ASAP without charge.
In April they had a very good burger special running on Thursdays. On the 25th of April (Thursday) me and my husband went for the burger special, because the special was only running until end of April. When we wanted to order, we were informed that the special was not on that day, only in the next month again. So we left, and 2 other couples sitting accross from us had exactly the same experience. Now they have the same special running in July but on Tuesdays. The add clearly states for sit down only and not for take away, which is fine. So me and my husband went on 16 July 2024 (Tuesday), we sat down, ordered the special and had a drink. I could not finish my burger, so I asked the waiter for a packet for my leftovers and he said he is not allowed. I asked for the manager and he said the same. So I gave the arguement that I did not came in and order to take home, I merely couldnt finish my meal. Now they want me to pay but I am not allowed to take the leftover home. Their response was they would throw the leftover food to the meerkats. I feel this is very unprofessional. And dont get me wrong, the food was outstanding and the service was very nice and friendly. I just do not agree how they went about with the 'left over' situation.
They have such a wide variety of products with very good prices and their services are so efficient. Just love shopping by them
When I bought a new item in July , I enquired about my debit order, confirming if it is still active. a Gentleman emailed me back and said he mistakenly deactivated my debit order, but he will reactive it again. When I logged into my account, it stated that my payment is only due 31 August 2023. Today 02.08.2023 a lady from homechoice just phoned me and asked me when am I going to pay my account. This is such bad service. Execpt for the fact that homechoice doesn't respond to customer issues, they stuff up your account and have the audacity to then ask you why payment was not done. Very disappointing to say the least.
This is my 3rd bad review and yet Homechoice has no intrest in getting back to me. I have returned my parcel on 29 June 2023, requested feedback and nothing. I even send them an email to say that I want to cancel my payment for my current order until this issue has been resolved and still no feedback. They just dont care.
I have written a bad review a while ago about a electric blanket I bought at Homechoice which stopped working. After manyh fights back and forth, they agreed that I can return it to one of the drop off zones - which was again a fight because at first they refused to accept the return. I have returned it on 29.06.2023 - and up until today no feedback, after I have send how many emails. It is like they are not intressted in customer service, but they are quick to take your money.
