Its with regret that i have logged a formal complaint twice about the same thing with no feedback from coke. I have taken pictures a some foreign objects growing mold in a seales buddy. This is truly disgusting and the service is even poorer.

Please do not support Dstv, I cancelled my subscription in December and they still took money from my account. I have been struggling for two weeks to get my refund with agent after agent not being able to sort this out. dstv is a bunch of thieves

Vodacom has been great for many years but now? I have spoken to 5 agents to resolve content services being billed to my account in error. I have no subscriptions, my app is set to block content and one of the agents confirmed I am blocked for content services yet I am being billed For it. I log a customer complaint, and no response from vodacom. I am utterly disappointed in their service. Worse than supersonic
Please stay very far away from this service provider, they are the worst of the worst. The accounts department average IQ is between 30 and 35 and cannot resolve any issue.
Intercare wilgeheuwel refund process is shockingly poor. When you get hold of anyone in their accounts department they will validate your email address on the system to send you the forms. Then you will put the phone down and wait and wait and email and email and email and email for a reply with no avail.
