Been trying to get a hold of Matrix since last month. They tried debiting me before I was paid in December, it didn't go off, now I'm trying to get them to redebit me, phone just rings at all departments. Kindly get retentions to contact me. Had no issue with the device or service, just scary that I can't get through on any emails or calls. I would like to cancel my contract with you'll.
Hi Samsung, Kindly note that i have purchased a Samsung A55 from the online store in April- I have cancelled it the following day and was told to decline if the order comes to me, I have declined on the 2nd of May when the courier came, they took the item back - I called samsung online sales and they told me that it is noted and that i should continue waiting for the refund to process - Eventually after calling multiple times, i eventually resorted to emailing samsung, they now say that the item is with the logistics and i am not getting any feedback no matter which channel I try - I have a cancellation reference since march and this is just very sad as i need to purchase a diff model from samsung and this is delaying it, I am losing faith in samsung as a whole. I am trying this platform as a last resort before i take this to the ombudsman - I also have CCTV footage on the 2nd of May of the courier services being declined and taking the boxes back with them

I made an online sale for an A55 last monday. I have been cancelling since the 20th, today is the 26th, I spoke to online sales, after sales, cancellations, went in store and i even spoke to customer care, nobody knew what to do. They gave me an email address eshopsupport@vodacom.co.za and still no response on that. The courier sent the parcel back to vodacom long ago and vodacom neglected to contact me. This is my last attempt to get this resolved before i approach the ombudsman
***PLEASE READ*** Was treated ABSOLUTELY BADLY today, Almost every person there ganged up and yelled at me for no reason except a kind lady by the name of Kittie who assisted me. Today I went home and cried at how badly I was treated. Spent like 10k there on windows but was given such a hard time to return 1 window that was R250 just because THEY gave me the WRONG receipt, they gave me my credit receipt and not the original receipt and screamed at me sooo much today when i tried explaining this, they repremanded me in front of everyone and the 3 guys by the door laughed and mocked at me as i stuttered when my anxiety kicked in, that part really broke me... sad how they treat people and the egos that exist within those walls. I'm a quiet person by nature, I can't fight back and I'm actually glad I didn't, May Allah/God have mercy on such people. How it's still operating and upholding the facade of being run by "holy" people... I will never understand... A suggestion: Please dont talk to customers with such disrespect, dont raise your voice at customers, dont click your tongues, dont repremand us like we are kids, And i understand that maybe your day is tiring etc, but please dont take that out on customers especially the long time loyal customers. Coz we all get the wrath of you'lls bad moods no matter how kind we are, and that's not a place I'd ever spend my hard earned money again...Won't step foot there again. I'd rather go to Jabulas, Hyper Hardware, Tom's or even drive miles to Malls tiles etc, worth the dignity!
Today is my birthday, the 7th of November, I alwaysssss buy my cake from the Woolies in Chatsworth centre, today when I went to choose a cake early at 10am, I was shocked that ALL of the cakes had expiry dates of the 4th, 5th and 6th!!! I didn’t get a cake at all! I took photos and can send it to you, today my birthday was ruined because of this, they had zero cakes that were fresh and all in the glass! Why was it even in the glass? And how many poor people probably bought them today! I will be escalating
I have purchased a brand new Grand i10 2022 8 months ago from Hyundai Pinetown, I have experienced numerous issues on it which gets worse and worse, i have sent it back almost 5 times now and they are unable to diagnose it, the issue gets worse and yesterday it almost costed me my families life when the car died on the road and the steering became stiff, This is unacceptable, Mark torrance refuses to help, Farhad doesnt call me back, nobody gets back to my emails, I am just tossed to the side and I dont know what to do at this point, there are way too many factory faults for a brand new vehicle, it is only at 5000km at the moment, I AM BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!!!

I have always called in for delivery queries etc. and none of the consultants actually told me that i can FURTHER communicate with them on email, Afika was the ONLY one who did and it made the WORLD of difference! I am so grateful for his prompt response! In the earliest hours of the day! He truly prioritizes customer service and is so clear and precise in making me understand the processes and what each process means! WONDERFUL SERVICE FROM AFIKA W!!! WELL DONE!!!
Today is my Dad's 60th and I was going to surprise him with a cake from you'll... ordered in advance, got the sms that it would be delivered today, we waited, our guests arrived and still the cake never arrive and we were still waiting after 6 thinking it's a delay...no calls at all during the day. absolutely sad and disappointing day! We got the balloons, the chips the donuts and had to do it without the cake... really disappointing. I dont want to even hear of chateau gateux anymore. Not even for my birthday later this year.
