The 60 60 R99 delivety is the biggest disappointment. If you do not spend R350 you do not get free delivery. I only need items for R250. Always a catch with checkers. I'll go back to Spar which have cheaper prices and a more economic delivery service.
Ivreceived my salary on Thursday, yet I get a sms thet tge payment does not want to go through. On a previous matter i could niot get assistance. They gacmve a stupid bot answering whats app, and no personsl contact can be made with them. They also do not EVER answer their phones. Patgetic service. Going to repirt them at thr consumers council jow.
On Friday I received a confirmation that my Pudo parcel has arrived. Later a man from T CG called to say they will still deliver. 6 hours later they still did not deliver. I phoned about 5 times, they just told me the driver did not answer, they did not know where the parcel was. Their Facebook portal td me it was in the pudo locker. I went there. NO PARCEL. I needed it urgently. The incompetence of the driver and call centre is ridiculous. Will never support them again. Hopefully I will still receive the parcel as it seems to have disappeared.
I ordered 2 jewellery pouches. They were of a poor quality. I logged a return. I put both in the plastic pocket it came. The next day i saw i had to log a return seperately which i did. They now tell me i only sent one jewellery pouch. I sent one parcel with two pouches and now have to pay for something i do not have. Why would i lie after ordering for years from one day only with no prior problems.???? I will never order from them again as the people working with returns ARE ***********. Ayanda at OnedayOnly can not solve this problem.
PATHETIC SERVICE. I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER FOR A FEW YEARS, RENEWED MY SUBSCRIPTION , PAYING MONTHLY SINCE END OF MARCH OR APRIL BUT CAN NOT USE ANY RESOURCES. HAVE REPORTED IT BUT THEY CAN NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM. Whilst i am paying monthly without any credit for the months they could not solve my subscription
Hi. Started paying a monthly subscription earlier this year. Up to now i could not access the resources. Have corresponded with tgem but tgey cant find my payments eventhough payments reflect on my bank statements. Their pathetic administration has now become my problem.
Poor *********** service. High fees snd they cannot dolve problems, cannot respond to mails but they do however block you very quickly, eventhough you have sent pop.
Submitted a claim a week ago, still no response from Momentum. I phoned everyday on my owncost, wait for hours just to be transferred from the one to the other agent. I take a car off the policy....now my premium is more expensive. Got a mail from Samela phalane ....no claim resolved.
Very happy with the service I have received from them. Parlecs are delivered on time.
Always receive excellent service from Tajealot. User friendly app and parcels are punctual. Easy return policy.
