If I could I would rate them 0. I ordered on the 25/01/2026 and I’ve not received any type of communication. I’ve sent countless emails and no response. It’s the 23/02/2026 still nothing. I guess I got ****med by KitNation. If only I had seen the reviews before I ordered.
The line is going so slow, you must at least have 1 hour 30 minutes to spare if you’re going in there. Atleast offer us water or coffee. So annoyed!

My rating is actually 0 (zero). They sold me a Hp printer that doesn't work for R4499.00 . Returned it. Worked for 5 months. And it stopped working. Now they're refusing to refund me together with Hp.
Order my chicken on the fly thru then drove to the next window to pay. She asked i put on a mask while I'm in my car. I look for the mask I couldn't find it. So I took my sweater and wrapped it around my mouth. She still refused me to pay saying it's not a mask. Ended up leaving. So my question to Chicken Licken is, what's the purpose of a mask? Isn't it to cover your face? If I'm in my car and I cover my face with sweater it still not enough?
For me and my husband it's the best restaurant since we moved to Johannesburg 2 years ago. Love all their food but their pasta Tia Maria is the best. Best service, staff is efficient. There's always someone onsight ready to take your order. Safe parking space and more than enough. Also the restaurant is at a good spot and looks really beautiful especially at night. I love it. I'll definitely recommend it to everyone looking for good food, good service, good vibe and Instagram picture perfect background.
Customer service line you stand until you feel light headed. Only 2 people are working in a line of about 10 plus people waiting. Its not only just today. Same thing as Absa Northriding. Was here at 11:00 and now it's 12:09 still waiting. My kids are coming out at 13:00. Service not efficient.
Applied for fibre last year July. It's March still waiting. They said the fibre installation people will call of which they never do SR210211-192301. My vodacom app said my 7 day data expires on the 4th March. Today is the 4th my data is gone. Is it not suppose to expire 4th midnight? I've been using vodacom for more than 10 years and I've been buying R159 7 days 10GB data for almost 3 years every week. So its didn't expire on the day I thought it would. It feels like I've been robbed because I still had about 5GB planned for usage today.
I had an account with Edgars in June 2019. It was in arrears and handed over. I went to the store Northgate Mall they say I can pay at the store. I paid it up in full. Recently did my credit check it appears I'm still owing them the same amount. Went to Edgars store to enquire, they asked for my I.d. They checked on their system they said I don't have a account with them, then they called head office they also say I don't have an account with them. I told them I used to and I paid it up I need a settlement letter. And they said they can't help me as it appears on their system I don't have an account with them. I joined Transunion thinking they could help me, they said they need a settlement letter to be able to help me. I don't know what to do now
I tried to lodge a call this morning. Explained my situation to the agent and she rudely answered me then she asked me some security questions when I told her I couldn't here her properly as her voice wasn't clear when she was speaking. She hang up on me. Her name is Cheryl not sure of the spelling
