These people are ****mers. They deducted from a R750 from my account without a signed mandate. How the F do they get this right. They don't respond to emails. I'm going to open a case against them. I've checked my email and no proof of me doing any sort of business wit them is send to my email address. There is no mandate from these n@@iers
I purchased a Coco Vogue Wikideals voucher for R399 and made my booking via phone. The receptionist confirmed and said she would send a WhatsApp message for confirmation. As part of their process, they require you to send the voucher before your appointment — which means they redeem it before you even arrive. When we got there, the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff were unfriendly, the receptionist didn’t greet or guide us — I had to ask where we should sit. We brought two towels (as their message instructed: “bring 2 towels”), but once we arrived, they insisted we needed four towels for two people. If they knew the booking was for a couple, why not say “bring 4 towels”? It feels like part of their sales tactic, because they conveniently sell towels at the spa for R490 each! If you don’t have enough towels, they cancel your booking and charge a R500 cancellation fee (R250 per person) — yet this is not mentioned anywhere in the fine print when booking through Wikideals. I requested to cancel my voucher, but when I followed up with Wikideals, I was told my voucher had already been redeemed — even though I never received the service. 🚫 Please be cautious when sending your Wikideals voucher to Coco Vogue before your appointment. Once they redeem it, you lose your money, and there’s no protection against their unfair policies.
I applied for internet services with Vox, I got assistance from a Team leader name Lorenzo, and a sales consultant name Lesiba. Its almost a month after being approved, and I'm still waiting for the installation, Lesiba told me she wont be able to give me feedback on the installion will be done. The Team leader also dont even reply to my msg, but was fast and quick to have me on their target board as a sale.
I applied for a refund from the 21st of May 2022. I am still waiting, they take for ever to refund, but the money was deducted from my my account immediately. They keep on saying that the account is with the billing department, I would like to report a missing case at SAPS, Cause it might be that all the people at billing department is missing. I don't recommend this to any one. They have bad Customer services
I'm currently renting at La Vie Estates, and on the advertising post it's stated. I will pay for rent and own water, when I requested my water bill that is over R400 each month. I've notice that I'm paying for the heat pumps as well. And the heat pumps is about R270 of the R400. So my water is actually R130, and this was told I only I for the water. I buy electicity, R400 each month. Never was it brought under my attention that I will be paying for heat pumps. Even when you away from home for a year you will still get a water bill. This is info the Agents should inform the tenants about, cause that's why people move in and move back out here. My sister said the Agent told her this is like solar panels. Solar panels gets its energy from the Sun, heat pumps is like a geyser. The only difference is you are helping others who have 4 - 6 people who are residing in flat to pay their heat pumps. This is so unfair to a single person
Bad service, I'm waiting for more than 3 weeks for them to reinstall my router. They want their payments on time. I am working from home, and working for commission, and you people is not assisting me to install my router at my new address. Your services is low, and your messing around with my salary, I am a single mom of 2 who needs to keep a roof over their heads. Food on the table ect. And you people just don't give a F.
MFC listed a vehicle under my name, that I bought May 2013 and it was a Write of in September 2014. I asked them to assist me with the signed contract I have with them and what type of vehicle is it I have with them. They said no they have nothing but they will help me with a credit clearance certificate. I've been trying from December to apply for a vehicle and it was declined. MFC dont have proof of the vehicle I bought in 2013. There is no proof but there is an an ccount on their system. I would like to take legal actions agains MFC for the struggle they made me face during this time.
I would like to know how can you place me under bad debts on my credit reports if I there is no contract that I had a credit card with Nedbank. No one can assist me with a signed contract. Cause I never had a credit card with them. I am in a transport dilemma and I cannot buy a car due to Nedbank that listed me under bad debt.
