When you claim,you get treated like a ******** or *****ster.I understand they must do their due diligence.....but what does their client credito profile ,vehicle log book before and after the incident...not even an accident!!!! What does that have to do with the claim?? This is the worst insurance company...they look for all the reasons ro repudiate the claim..Their proceeses are slow and tedious...Horrible, horrible service ..

MTN customer service is the most inefficient customer service I have ever come across. I lost my phone when I called them to blacklist my lost phone.I was told i must call again as they have an error on the system.When I called again they needed to whitelist first and only then can they blacklist.Then the lady hung up on me,.I went to ther store.The consultant tried to assist and logged a ticket..3 days later the ticket has not been checked.I am still waiting 2 hours later π’ π still no help πββοΈπββοΈ
The advisors are unprofessional,inefficient, unable to resolve queries,over promise but under deliver.They keep promises and their head office does not resolve complaints,they do not adhere to their turn around times
Their sales agent misled me into a migration from a cheaper packaged to an expensive one.The QA department verified this by listening to the recorder interaction with the agent.. but still charged me a migration fee which I didn't agree to. They promised to cancel the migration and leave me on my old contact with Vodacom
STD homeowners insurance have been over charging my monthly premium. When I make enquiries, I get sent from pillar to post.I have sent e.mails, called them.. no one is willing to assist

National Security wants me to pay for an account that was terminated on 31 May .. giving them 1month notice period. They are harassing with endless e.mails from 4 different people. Are they that desperate that almost everyone in this company wants to get money out of me? They even want me to move my account to my current property or give them details of the owner of my old property.
I had an account with SOS.. who merged with National Security. On 31 May 2021 I was in the advance stages of selling my property at which I had Security service through SOS.. I sent an e.mail to cancel my contract.. I was later contacted telephonically by Lynette whom I advised of the termination. She later responded to my mail stating that she did receive my cancellation letter as my account was subsequently cancelled. Now they are harassing me and sending demand for payment of the account.
