I made immediate payment yesterday from savings account from Capitec to my Nedbank account until now the money not on the account but the immediate payment charge went through - can I have my money please
I cannot begin to express my disappointment with Vodacom over the years. It’s been one issue after another. Despite being a long-standing customer who always paid on time, they refused to close my account. Now, three years later, they claim I owe them R38, which I promptly paid. I even sent emails requesting a paid-up letter to clear my ITC, yet three weeks have passed without any feedback from them.
The attitude and service of their staff are disappointing, with poor communication and an evident lack of concern. I've never encountered such an unprofessional group in my life. The trustees who selected them reveal a lot about their judgment, as service seem completely absent.

Always get friendly staff and orders always ready on time both over the phone and in store. Debonairs New Germany appreciate yiur service to us as customers as these days people don't understand service
Alpha Pharmacy Murray Square in Pinetown pathetic service at the Cashiers and cashier with attitude and they gang and giggle on customers - no knowledge of service excellence. The girl by name of Mbali have such bad attitude and rude over packaging how can one buy medication and not packed? She is still upset that last time her attitude was reported

I have never experienced such *****ing people monies from their hard-earned salary and exhausting poor service over the years. This is traumatic and unbearable from Cell C with arrogant staff members who has no knowledge of service and do not even care. This has been exhausting and emotionally draining dealing with such poor service provider. This has been going on for years - first they block my number, then blocked the phone but still I have paid for services I did not have and worst of it all after some attorneys called me I paid as per their last statement when I need paid up letter now I am harassed by another collector telling me they are sent by Cell C - imagine what level of madness is this. where do you think we get money from. cell c has worst service ever in south Africa - what ****es me off most is the one lady from Shapiro said I should ignore the harasser because I have settled, she sent me a letter from Shapiro not cell c but I am still harassed - what manner of craziness is this????
