Terrible service. Electricity has been cut off at my residence by mistake. I've reported the matter to the municipality and I've been following up with no assistance at all. It's our second day today without electricity with my family in this cold weather. Their service is terrible
They've rescheduled my bus departure from Johannesburg to Northern Cape by two days. I was supposed to report for work in the morning. There was no one to help me with my queries over the phone.

My wife and I had a router contract at MTN and it ended three months ago fully paid. We've requested that they cancel the contract not to renew it but they keep on renewing the contract and upgrading it. They keep debiting my wife's account despite number of times we asked them to cancel the contract!!

I have deposited R1000 via Capitec bank app and I bought Spur shares on the 19th of December 2021 just to test if this thing really works. I decided to sell the shares on the 21st of December 2021and withdraw the funds. They're saying it takes up to five business working days for the funds to reflect on bank account but I'm still waiting today. Their support is horrible!! You can't call anyone, it always feels like you're interacting with a robot. My R1000 down the drain.
They don't even deserve half of a star. Terrible service ever. I've ordered a new router and it's not connecting to internet. I tried troubleshooting with their different agents via WhatsApp and I'm still stuck with a router that's not connecting. Try calling their sale department and see how fast they help with the sales. I've withdrawn funds from my account (0790863285) on the 08/05/2021 via Standard bank and I still haven't received withdrawal details.
I'm having the same problem I've had before with Betway support. Tried calling in several times, and sent emails, tried them on Twitter and on WhatsApp but no response. It's such a pity that one has to come to hellopeter to get response. I have withdrawn the funds from my account (0790863285) via Standard bank on the 04/05/2021 and I still haven't received withdrawal details. Poor service
