After requesting for a fibre line downgrade and got confirmation on call today, I am told that nothing was updated as the sales advisor had mention.
Bad experience with the security company with their alarm system, from 1st day of installing there was just problems, their App is not working and there is no urgency to attend to it instead i get told to wait until Saturday. The alarm went off this morning whilst no 1 at the house and it took my neighbours to phone me to complain whilst their technical team were clueless there was an emergency to attend to until i phoned them notifying them there's a crisis.
From 8 am till 10h15 i have been on the phone waiting for assistance to register my claim, i have also sent an email only received Ref: The reference number for this Case is C-45696898. I spoke to a lady who tried to assist, and the call just ended after i gave her all my details. She didn't even try call back.
ABSA home loans claim non-payment towards my bond whilst their debit order went off on the non-agreed debit order date and still went through, I have phoned the institute and according to their records payment was not available on the agreed date which is falls information and i am willing to share proof. The reference number for this Case is C-43752481
What a useless and pathetic fund, still waiting for my 2pot payout since submitting on the 4 Sep 2024, last communication was on the 11th sept, there is no communication nor updates from them they are just a **** and must fall, they are ****ing people around. Their emails and telephone numbers are ****** useless!!
Their security officer damaged my vehicle boot lid which Cost R2400 whilst doing a exist search from my work premise's, all evidence was shared with them. This matter is now on day 10 and now they not responding to emails, they do not respond. Now I have to take the legal route to recoup money to repair my vehicle.

Hi Policy No:36207752 Kindly see below screenshot where a claim was paid but there is a shortfall that i must pay. I have paid R5000 towards this account but there is a short fall for R265 that I must again pay whilst I had a short fall cover on this policy for the written off vehicle. I would like to under stand why the short fall cover is used in this case as I have paid for it for 3 years.
These guys are daylight ******s stay away from them; they will not pay for your claim. i am still struggling for my R4000 refund from them. *******.
