DebtBusters do nothing to amend your credit record with Experian. This application has been showing on Experian now for over a year. After DebtBusters falsely added this debt review to my name. Then I had to pay an admin fee last year to get them to send a 16.2 letter to my bank - which I paid. In the last 3 months, I made numerous calls to them to clear the link on Experian - which they promise to do but never do!! This is prohibiting me to find work! DebtBusters are sharks and they make money off innocent people that are NOT overindebted, and then they leave you high and dry. I cannot fix this as nothing is done. According to the National Credit Regulator they need to fix - so please, fix this!
This company called me, we had a discussion, and 9 days later I was under debt review. They claim IP address are proof that YOU signed a contract. They have monies on my expenditure list for Child Maintenance and I have ZERO kids. They promise to clear the mess up and now I am stuck with no response from them. According to NCR the process in much longer than a call and a half day. By the way, the call dropped and I am still waiting for a call back. Yet, process if finalised and I am stuck under review but with only a Credit card & homeloan. During the 9 days I bought a car as well (But I cannot access or use my own cards) They have made a big mess for me, with this half a call and consultation of theirs. I actually have never defaulted on any payment agreement in my life. I was not even a suitable candidate - careful, this might mess up your whole credit name. I have logged disputes all over the show and my bank needs the Advisor (Whom I never spoke to) that placed me under debt review to "sign" form 17.2 to "sort" out my mess, but the 3rd person now is NOT assisting (the person whom I had actually conversed with) Madness that poor consumers can be taken for granted like this!!
Triskyl doesn't even deserve a red star rating, they do not deserve a star at all. I have not received good service from them in the last 12 months that I have stayed in a complex that they manage. Water usage is unfairly split in this complex and when I query this, I get told that mogale city took away the free water and the account went up with R7800.00 for the complex. If I divide this by 77 units, it is less than R100.00 per unit increase - which I am happy to pay. But my water went from R291.00 to R676.00 in one month and Triskyl is not answering me as to why, they are saying that it was used and need to be paid. The person doesn't suggest that there could be a fault with the water meter, or a burst pipe or anything showing that he will sort this out. I must just pay. We are 2 adults and 2 kids of 7 and 9. We all leave home at 5:50 am and return around 16:15 - I have no domestic worker, nobody is at home during the day. I am asking my Managing Agents to assist and they are not willing to assist. I must just pay. Not happy with this service and will not recommend them to anyone,
<p>My property was registered on Monday 31 July. My Contract states that at 12pm on day of registration, I may receive my key and move in. The current owner is also purching a new property through this Estate Agent. She can't get hold of his seller, and now I cannot get the key to my new property. My contract states clearly that both parties agreed to no Occupational Rent. Yet the levies, water, morgage and insurance is now active and I must pay for it, but I am not living there. No addendum was made to this contract, no option to stay longer. I must be out of my place as well. Why should I be penalised if my registration and payments were successful. So, once they receive committion, they don't care about you. But by law, I have rights and I will take this to the EAAB and get a lawyer to take this further.</p> <p> </p>
<p>I went to the Keywest Branch of nedbank on Saturday 27 may to clsoe my debit account. I was told to go outside withdraw the last R40.00 and then it will be done. Went back to the consultant. she realised that I had a Savings Pocket linked to my account. there was a few rands in the pocket, perhaps around R13.00.</p> <p> </p> <p>I said to her it is okay, don't worry about the money, please just close the account. She cancelled my internet access and distroyed my card. "All done" She said. I got an sms the tuesday after that stating that my account is in arrears. I called nedbank, they could see that the money was withdrawn and the account was NOT closed. They sent me back to the branch because they couldn't assist me. </p> <p> </p> <p>How is this possible? I do not have any card, accout number or proof that the account was closed, nor do I have time to go back to the branch. </p> <p> </p> <p>Now I understand why I bank with FNB - a proper bank.</p>
<p>I have ordered and paid an amount of R750.00 to Zando. My Order status is not changing. No body answers the calls. I called 4 times. The only time I spoke to a lady the call was dropped after 15:00 min of waiting for someone to answer the call. Thereafter I called and it was over 15 min and nobody answers the call. I would like to know where my order is and how Zando can claim to provide good service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Be careful of this supplier.</p>
I bought 3 items from Coricraft on 12 Dec 2015. Paid cash for the invoice which amounted to just over R11000.00 My delivery was promised to me by 14 March 2016. I patiently waited for this when they contaced to to say my delivery will reach me by Friday 26 Feb. I asked to move it to Saturday 27 Feb 2016. Then the waiting started. I waited after received 2 different smsses with 2 different sets of delivery times. I finally called them and found my delivery. This was eventually delivered at 13:50. Then on delivery I am told that only 2 of the three items were in stock. I was furious because I paid and secured stock already on the 12th of December. I went to the store the very next sunday morning to ask for a refund. They did try to sell me the item of the floor and I said no thanks, it is now over a week and I have not heard from them or my refund. I call but no one is available or get back to me if I leave a message. Very upset with this 'upperclass' store. They are getting interest on my money and it is around R3295.00. Quick to take your money, but terrible service from them. I would rather support another store in future.
I have applied and paid money to Intec on 9 april after receiving numerous calls and e-mails from them, I thought that they are delivering a great service. They claim that study material will be delivered within 21 days, it now over a month and they do not respond to queries logged on the portal, they also cannot tell me where my material is or provide me with a tracking number!! <br> <br> I spoke to 2 different people already. I asked to cancel and get my money back and Estelle made it clear that I will pay a cancellation fee to cover their costs and that my cancellation is not guaranteed! I might not even get my money back of 2800.00 <br> <br> This is rediculious. I would like to warn people do NOT use Intec College. They do not deliver and they are unprofessional.<br> <br> Mandy and Estelle both gave me attitude when I spoke to them as well. mandy claimed that the system was offline and that she will call me back, this never happened, by pure luck I called again and spoke to the very same person. They always have excuses!!!<br> <br> BAD BAD BAD service and always unprofessional!<br> <br>
