I always shop on PNP ASAP. But now on Friday I ordered at 3pm & the money was deducted out of my account twice. The thing is I never received confirmation of my order via email or even my actual order, it was showing that it was scheduled to be delivered at 4pm. But I never received anything. The order update still shows delayed. I’ve sent numerous emails. I’ve phoned them twice but nothing. No updates. I don’t have airtime to call them back & to top it all I’m a wheelchair user, I prefer to buy online. But now with this experience I don’t know. The money still shows pending on my bank statement & I haven’t gotten a pending message for a refund as I was promised by the first consultant I spoke to on the phone as she could see that there was money deducted from my account, even though the order doesn’t show on their side. No one is contacting me & I have to pay somebody now to take me to the bank & take me to their store. Totally unacceptable. I needed those things like on Friday already. Total inconvenience. Wheelchair users please be careful of these online services because it may seem convenient, but in the end, it may cost you more in the long run.
I got a text from Standard Bank that due to inflation my home insurance amount will go up just as I received lots of messages from other companies doing the same, but what bothers me is that now that inflation is no longer going up, Standard Bank hasn’t yet notified me that the charge is no longer going up. Why are they still putting up the cost? It’s already more expensive than other banks & I always recommend Standard Bank to everyone, but since the vat is not going up any more I’ve received no further correspondence from them. I’m also trying to reach them since forever as I need to change some thing’s regarding my insurance, but the emails all come back as undelivered & I am a wheelchair user, its very hard for me to go to the actual bank.
I got a text from DSTV that due to inflation my subscription amount will go up, just as I received lots of messages from other companies doing the same, but what bothers me is that now that inflation is no longer going up, DSTV hasn’t yet notified me that the charge is no longer going up. Why are they still putting up the cost? It’s already more expensive than other forms of entertainment & I always recommend DStv to everyone, but since the vat is not going up any more I’ve received no further correspondence from them. I think i should boycott DSTV as everyone has, because they don’t care about their clients grievances, they make empty promises, Never deliver & Never follow up.

I see that ugly ad is still on universal about how you experience trauma again and again, even after they called me and assured me the matter will be dealt with. I’m really going to gather the troops who have all been ***ually abused & have them protest and rally against this horrible & insensitive ad. Obviously the person who wrote it doesn’t understand that this ad is a trauma trigger and it gives you flashbacks of the situation you had to make through everytime it is played. It’s bad enough that DStv plays the same movies for the past 20 years and that you can’t follow pa series because they play a guess game when they play the episodes especially on 117. A total waste of time to follow anything because of all the repeats & old & new episodes playing after each other. Now I also see the two ladies kissing on the “Family Law” ad during the day when our kids are watching. Thanks for all the uncalled woke exposure. And please sort Suidooster’s catch up out as tonight’s episode has still not been added to the list. I will make my own DSTV info page on Facebook & inform the public of the expensive subscription I pay each month and the type of service that I get. No wonder everyone is switching to alternatives. After all these years still the consistent poor service.
Here’s an advert on universal 117 for “Law & Order - SVU” that is so insensitive. I hate watching this channel now. It’s so insensitive to **** victims Like myself who really daily struggle with the trauma. Yes, we feel it over & over & over & some of us couldn’t get justice. Please change this insensitive cruel advert, I will take this to Facebook & hear what other ***ual assault victims think about this ad.
I’d like to thank Tarryn from Mr Price Haasendaal Gables for giving me & my mom excellent service when we bought a phone there. I am a wheelchair user & my mom is a pensioner, so she really gave us exceptional service & did everything for us. It’s great when you get service Like that because you as a customer feels seen & appreciated. I hope her manager sees this & they reward her diligence.
I am very disappointed in Uber package. I booked the ride & it was R98 & then when the driver gets here it is R133, it just says please pay the driver R133. I’m not going to use this service anymore, then I’ll rather pay someone to bring my packages or pay the delivery fee that the company asks. Never again.
I always used to buy on Takealot & then order over R500 to get free deliveries. But now I see that I have to subscribe to Takealot more to get free delivery even if I have ordered over R500. What is this now? Are we being forced to subscribe or otherwise pay delivery fee. Has the rules now changed? From now on I’m rather going to buy from the shops itself because I will not be forced to subscribe to anything just to get a benefit I always used to get & the reason why I don’t want to subscribe to Takealot more is because I don’t order things every month, but you have lost a very loyal customer. I ordered a 15 bucket by KFC online - Haasendal & the pieces were so small. It looks like mini pieces. The pieces were also dry, I didn’t enjoy my food. I’m really disappointed in KFC Haasendal. And I ordered a large chips with it & I didn’t receive my chips, when I called them to let them know they said they don’t have any drivers to bring my chips. They will refund me my money in 7-14 days! Wow, I’m done with KFC. This has taken the joy out of my KFC experience I had all the years. The person on the phone was not helpful & when I asked for a courtesy as it was their mistake & I was embarrassed infront of my guests. They just said I will have to wait for my refund. I really wish I bought somewhere else.
