Currently i am paying R 339 per month for Dent and tyre insurance policy cover it was due to increase by R 19 as per the previous communication this coming month to a new premium of R358. then yesterday i got another communication with R 413 as new premium as of October, this is bullying and abuse.
I am really not happy with how my claim is being handled, i have been paying your company for so many years. From the delays of registering a claim from last week to this. I do not know if you have or have not received any documents regarding my claim as there is no response at all from your emails. I spoke to Joshua this morning, he was still asking and needing contact details of the dealer even though I (my self) and the dealer have sent through documents and pictures to support my claim where all the details of the dealer and the claim are contained. I need a decision taken whether you authorise or not, not this nonsense of making me run a round as if you will be doing me a favor. I received an sms stating my policy is in errears, please tell me which month(s) did i miss to make payment(s) ? I went through all my payslip since last year May when i took the cover and i cannot find a single month from june 2022 where i have missed any payment(s). Yet i am told i need to pay an amount over R 1800 a what a joke!
I bought a tv a while back, it got damaged it was still under warranty, i sent the tv back to the shop. it was sent to the manufacturer who later declared the tv not repairable and advised that the shop will have to refund me. At the shop they initially agreed to refund me within 19 working days, that did not happen, almost 2 months later i am told they will not refund me and i am not getting the tv back, because their head office declined the refund, and the store manager refused to give that in writing.
Good Morning. On 13 March 2023 i filled for a return of an item due to it poor quality, that item was confirmed eligible for a return the same day and it was initially scheduled to be collected from my address on 16 March 2023 that did not happened. I made contact with takealot informing them that i am still waiting for their courier company to make contact and that was in vein as i was not assisted, up until they came up and lied and created an excuse that i was not reachable, how was i not reachable while in record it show i was the one making contact trying by all means to get through to who ever you instructed to collect the item from. I then requested the collection to be rescheduled, no confirmation whatsoever was made when you will collect the item, then yesterday evening i received another sms stating my collection was delayed with no explanation or cause of the delay. Is this how you treat your clients, you keep on making excuses after excuses your service is really pathetic. Our agreement was that you will debit monthly premium of R 1307.77 but for this month you just decided to debit an amount of R 1995. 00. Do you bother responding to your emails and online callback requests? As i have 2 vehicles fitted with your tracking devices and are both not working properly and i keep on getting auto replies instead of the actual assistance that i require, i am paying my monthly premiums ontime and this delay is really uncalled for. I demand assistance i have waited far too long.
Why did you decide to debit my account twice in 1 month? I sent an email regarding this issue earlier on this month but you have not bothered to look at this or even give me a valid explanation, so i have decided to reverse the first deduction. Our agreement was that you will deduct every month on the 15 not just any date when you feel like it.
