The staff were beyond terrible…. My mother in-law was terrified…. What a nightmare experience!
Worse service ever…. Did not allocate my payment correctly …. I have to phone and send 3months bank statements….and up till today, after they promise me, 48hours they will send me an sms…. 7days later still nothing…. Please don’t tell me you are to busy for your clients!
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE... EVERY TIME YOU PAY AND SEND YOUR PROOF, THERE IS A REPLY TO PAY EXTRA.... BUT YOU ARE STILL IN THE CORRECT DATE BRACKET.... WILL DEFINITELY NOT TRUST THEM IN THE FUTURE ... BE CAREFUL IT IS NOT THE FIRST TIME NOW!
Never deliver … just send a mail it’s been cancelled… I never cancelled my order… nor refund received!
Terrible terrible terrible service…. How can Clearscore even put them up as n Lender…. Send all my documents …. 3 weeks now…. Everytime it’s cancelled and I have to do it all over again! What is this 3 hours they talking about?????
Struggle to get help from Woolworths.... I paid my Woolworths Credit Card on the 28 of May ... on the 31 of May NO payment show.... I phoned Woolworths and they told me it takes up to 2 to 3 days.... ok ... there must be something wrong with my counting... on the 1st of June I phoned ABSA my bank and find out if there is something wrong with my bank because the money is not showing... today is the 3 of June and still not showing..... BUT THE BEST PART IS STILL TO COME!!!!!! My husband paid his Woolworths Credit Card on the 29 of May (PUBLIC HOLIDAY) and his payment show the next day!!!!! I would love to hear from Woolworths .... because I AM TO STUPID TO UNDERSTAND YOUR 2 TO 3 DAYS SETUP!!!!!!
Terrible services .... I have been a client for over 10 years.... NEVER missed a payment on two vehicles.... I lost part of my income .... I phoned MFC for restructuring on my vehicles... the lady was very helpful... Ask me what I could afford ... I asked her can we refinance the cars .... She told me to reduce my installments to R1000 each ... I was very happy ... would help me a lot ... BUT waiting for that was not the final answer.... I have to go through approval... the sad part, is not even 5minutes later I received an email it had been declined .... ON WHAT they declined it - I have no idea... Accordingly to MFC, I have to contact DEBT Collection at the MFC department ... will MFC help me when I go the ******* way - stop paying my installments???????
Worst agency ever! Think twice before using this company... They do not help at all ... it's only for the money ... and they do not care about your child... and it is beyond expensive!
I app**** for a personal loan at Nedbank... the very pleasant lady who helped me took my ID number, and the system allowed her to go on... till the end, all of a sudden it was not approved.... 40 minutes later... I do not want to get rude to her ... I just hung up... received a mail from Nedbank about my application that was not approved... I have to get in touch with Transunion and Experian...I decided to phone them because I want to know why I am been declined... not Transunion or Experian could any reason that is wrong ... all my expenses have been paid and my Clearscore is 650 ...Phone Nedbank has again been put through to the Legal department .... what a disaster .... the guy there is so useless he could not help me... I sent an email and till today no response... Are there any people at Nedbank who can help me and NOT A CALL CENTRE BECAUSE THEY CAN NOT ANSWER QUESTIONS!!!
