This company has a very poor service, their network is not working I have contacting them since last week Saturday for help tomorrow is Saturday again no one is willing to help me Even to send this message I had to buy data but I'm for service that I don't receive
I send the company email of policy cancelation but until today I'm still paying for the service that I no longer want,the office is now closed in my area due to fire that affected the building where the office is
I have completed my Bed honors in foundation phase in 2020,due to covid 19 the graduation was canceled so I couldn't get my certificate as we were not allowed to go to another province due to pandemic, I send the email to the university asking for the certificate I was told they are no longer using post mail, I should send the courier to collect for me, of which I did but every time the courier comes back without certificate because there is no one to assist.
