I bought baby soft toilet paper that was delivered to my house looking like people were stepping on it and the plastic was torn that was delivered on the 6th then today on the 9th my beverages arrived and was also expecting the snacks that I had ordered only to go to the app to realize that my order was updated as completed meaning according to makro they have delivered everything that I had ordered, when I called I was just told that it will be escalated and that I should log a return for the toilet paper, honestly makro has lost a customer I am never ordering from them hope I get some communication about the remainder of my order.
So i took out an emergency assist plan with the unlimited which was R69 a month, taken directly from my payslip, and yesterday I realized that for the past two months they have been charging me almost R200 and I contacted them requesting answers as to why they were charging me this amount and I was informed that it's because I have added my beneficiaries, being shocked because I never did that I asked the consultant to tell me who my beneficiaries are and he informed me that no one was captured as my beneficiary, meaning I have been paying for people who are not there, what a ****, I would really like my money back as they took my money and paid for beneficiaries that are non existent without my consent. If there was a zero rating I would have given them a zero they are ****mers.
If the was a zero rating that would be my rating for the bed store festival mall, I laybyed a bed, then I canceled my laybye because I had found the actual bed that I was looking for, I went to the store to inform them of my decision and they requested that I send an email with a copy of my ID and proof of bank account which I did same day, I did a follow up a week later and I was told that my request for refund was approved and I should get my money back in 48 hours that was 15 days still waiting and each time I call it's one story or another, they don't even respond to my emails and the recent story I got was that they don't have network at the store to process my refund.
I just bought a new document today and when try to open the document it doesn't open even if I try to send it to another device, never buying from them
We booked the apartment at Hibernian towers number 1103 for the 29th September till 6th October 2023, only for the owner to send an email requesting that we cancel our booking because there was a double booking, we then canceled only to realize that it was just a strategy to inflate the price by almost R6000, when going back to booking.com to check the property again we found that the apartment is still available for our dates but the price has been inflated, meaning there was no double booking, these people are ****** and I would never book their apartment even if it was the last one in cape Town
I ordered a book from takealot only for the book to arrive looking like a second hand book, and I have paid R630 for a damaged book, my order number #124929790, I'm highly disappointed with takealot.
Went there today yhoo I'm short for words, the service was extremely poor, had to wait for over an hour past our appointment time with no explanations until we complained and requested our money back, I will never go there or recommend the spa to anyone, the place has so much potential but needs better management.
I bought a dress a month ago, and upon receiving the dress it was a wrong order I got a totally different dress than what I had ordered and was cheaper than what I ordered, worse of all it came without a price tag, I then started calling tfg online to arrange for collection of the wrong dress, since a month ago I keep getting emails to inform me that they are picking up the dress before five but no one ever comes and I keep calling them to report they and I get told the couriers tried getting hold of me and everytime I never get any missed calls, now I'm stuck with a dress that I don't want and has no price tag, I would never recommend any one to buy from tfg online, terrible service and their couriers are liars
I just can't believe how pick and pay festival mall will sell old bread with mould, just realized when I get home and the expiry date is 2 days from today...
I just went to check out the new revemped Spur brave hawk in Norkem Park Kempton park, what a waste of my money, the food was served cold and the service was terrible, had to wait like 15 minutes to get anything on our table, that's besides the 20 minutes we waited to be attended to after entering the restaurant, I am never going there... Even paying for my bill is a a problem
